It´s not really a class 3 bike! the motor struggles to go over 18 mph due the 50 nm power and the enviolo touring gear. I even found a class 1 sticker with the shipment so Specialize most properly knew this would struggle to reach higher speed like bikes with 75 nm or more, but marketing might said its better for sale pitch.
