Awful, utter scam artists avoid at all cost

Wish I had read the reviews first there website advertise really good quality items but the reality is very different on the receiving end. Poorly made cheap quality materials and you can literally see the layers in which the shoes had been stuck together with glue. Absolutely shocking.

To top it off the day they we from the neverland but when you look closely it all comes from china warehouse.

Websites like this should be banned it was low grade as you can possible get and they have the cheek to charge a higher price for items they know has the quality that came out a Christmas crackers

This store is a complete rip off! I ordered a cotton blazer and was sent a hoodie in the shape of jacket that had no structure to it all. I am currently trying to get a refund but so far have only been offered store credit. They don't even want the item to be returned which says it all on the quality front.
My advice is to stay clear of this site!

Waited 2 weeks to have the wrong items delivered, cannot be bothered to return them . Awful company.

The shoes I bought were nothing like what was advertised - they arrived late, stank of chemicals and were of a terrible quality. When I tried to return them they only offered store credit because it was a sale item. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!

The quality of product is absolutely shocking!! Nice website - front for crap cheap products from china via Netherlands, £54.99 for a pair of fake!!! Chemical smelling boots!! Apparently on sale from £100 lol! Sent the wrong size - the packaging let’s u know right away it’s super dodgy! The reviews on there site!!! Again lol! Clearly there Mum & Nan wrote them! Just look at the reviews on trust pilot! So they refused my refund as boots were in the sale! Wot a crock, your consumer rights state 30 days refund regardless! These jokers sent me a sickly sweet insincere email offering me a credit note 4 the appalling website! & I could keep the boots 🤬 ooooooh what a treat I get to keep a size 2 (im size 6) plastic, fake suede, chemical smelling boot, that even if in some weird parallel universe I wanted try n squeeze my size 6 foot into these crap boots - the smell of glue & toxic chemicals would probably kill me eventually- if they were £20 I could understand, but to sell for over £55 then say on sale from £100 is such a blatant lie it’s embarrassing! Then refuse refund cos there on sale!!?! Wtaf 😳 u can see how these sort of sites make there money! Honestly TEMU I would expect this, this website makes TEMU look like GUCCI…(TEMU which I love, at least you know what’s what they don’t pretend to b anything other than what they are, & the returns r simple & you don’t feel like your being shafted.
I got in touch with my credit card isssuer & have started refund proceedings with them … shame on you elegant urban - 🤬

Purchased a blouse for my wife for Christmas. Quality and fit were extremely poor and so I have now emailed customer service on numerous occasions requesting a returns procedure.
To date I have had not one single reply or acknowledgement hence feeling the need for this review.
Don't be fooled by the photography and appearance of the clothing and DONT waste your money like I clearly have.

When I finally received my fleece, I found it to be of very poor quality!!!

The company presents itself as coming from Europe but the shoes were made and sent from China and took weeks. When they arrived they were way too small 1-2 sizes. There were no markings on the shoes or information on the bag (not even a box) and I was taken around the houses to various differnet emails - Zadaro and Heelts each saying they didnt recognise the order number (which was copied and pasted) and if I gave the email they'd try nd find it. This was BY the same email.after persevering through several different emails, I was eventually told I would have to pay the postage and customs fees to return them to China when they would consider a refund. I have no confidence in any refund. This is clearly a distraction and makes a refund virtually impossible. BEWARE of this company and Heelts or zadaro who are the same people.

I ordered a jacket from urban elegance just after christmas. A few days ago this tiny package arrived. When I opened it inside was the poorest quality excuse for a jacket I have ever seen. My son laughed at how awful it was. Urban elegance have explained how they understand my feelings and offered me a voucher to buy more rubbish from them.
I just want a refund. Uk law says I have 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund but UE say it was a sale item so this isn't the case. It's a total rip off. Please spare yourself the misery of my experience and avoid.

I too wish I’d read reviews first. I ordered a jacket for Christmas present for hubby. I placed order on 26th November. I emailed them a few days ago but not heard back from them. I have just placed a report with my credit card provider and hope to get a refund. Now to re order with someone else. Please do not bother ordering with this company.

Ordered a Zara coat hasn’t arrived yet! Two weeks ago ordered it! Not replying to emails!!! That’s £50 I wish I had given to charity instead!

I believe this company to be out-and-out scammers.
do not order from them. I suppose I have lost my order and I shall have to order from someone else.

I placed an order for a shirt on the Elegance-Urban website on 4 November and received an email confirmation the same day from them (the payment came out of my bank account on 5 November).

Their email instructed me to download the ‘Shop’ app for tracking details of my order. I did so and was concerned to find that the app stated 'We couldn't find a tracking number' alongside an image of my order and an instruction to contact the company.

I emailed Elegance-Urban on 12 November (21 days ago as I write this) raising my concerns and have not had a response.

I subsequently visited their website and tried to trace my order using the order number and my email address only to read ‘Could Not Find Order’. I contacted the company again via the contact page of their website on 19 November raising all my concerns and still have had no response.

Yesterday (2 December), I visited the ‘Shop’ app and searched for Elegance-Urban to see if my order still appeared and this message appeared: ‘Sorry, products for this shop aren’t currently available in the app’.

Won’t reply to emails, hasn’t actually shipped my order in over 3 weeks even though they sent me a dispatch notification which has no active shipping info.
