Used lens in great condition, fast delivery.

I had the most amazing service from Alson, he was efficient, knowledgeable and was open to questions and offers suggestions. Shipping was amazing to! I paid for the product and it arrived the next day. Looking forward to doing more business with Urban Camera.

I got my order before even before clicking "submit orders" lol That's how fast these guys are...wow!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently purchased a Canon lens from Urban Camera Accessories, and I had a great experience. The ordering process was straightforward from Mobicred, communication was prompt, and the lens is in excellent condition. The product matched the description perfectly, and I was impressed with the quality. The team was professional and helpful throughout the process, making the purchase hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Urban Camera Accessories to anyone looking for quality camera gear and reliable service. I'll certainly be buying from them again.

Excellent service delivery.
Prompt quality products.

Delivery was exceptionally good and camera in great condition.

I can recommend them fully and would like to make use of their service again.

I was a little cautious about buying a second-hand camera, but I can honestly say that it is as good as new. The staff was quick to answer any questions, and delivery was within two working days. For my needs, this was the perfect answer.

The guy I was communicating with from day one was very nice. He responded to every question and helped me through the entire process. I placed an order for Canon 70D in the afternoon and got it the following day in the FS.
It’s in a very good condition and I hope my man likes it
Thank you

Price is fair, a bit of delay in delivery as the location of the shop was close to my house so I expected it to be delivered a bit sooner but it's okay. Quality is outstanding. It looks brand new.

I live in the gardenroute and can't go and buy it personally from the shop.. but the service was amazing. We chatted through WhatsApp and they send me extra 📸 pics.. camara looks amazing. Will try it as soon as we buy a lens.. but I'm very happy with my online purchases.. and I saved alot

It was quick service. Camera in good condition. Speedy delivery. Thank you.

Urban Camera were a great good experience. Their website works amazingly efficiently; my questions were answered promptly, and the camera was couriered immediately after payment. The camera looks in good shape on arrival. I am looking forward d to testing it.

2nd time i bought camera gear from urbancamerasandaccessories and this time it was even better than the 1st time. Service and delivery time was excellent. I will surely encourage anybody to make use of their service.
Prices also beats a lot of other same like sellers.
Urbancamerasandaccessories is always my first choice to check for camera gear before going to the rest.

Indeed it was nice doing business with you.

My camera was delivered within 3 days which was quick. Excellent service

Terrible experience. Enquired about a camera, paid but was then told camera was already sold. But later they advertised it again for more. Very dodgy with zero ethics. Stay away. Their reply below does not tie in with what their own staff said on the day nor does it explain the camera being re advertised later at a different price. Many other places to buy cameras.

I live in an outlying area, but received my purchase within 48hours.

I am from Cape Town and was very sceptical to make a purchase. I contacted the sale rep and he was very helpful. So I bit the bullet and made the purchase on their website. A few minutes later I got a mail stating that the courier will collect the camera and I received it in 3 days I think. Extremely happy with my purchase. Excellent service.
