I purchased a pair of pants in store that I absolutely loved and unfortunately lost them. I messaged the customer service them as a last-ditch effort to see if they could help me find a pair despite them not being listed on the website. The team went out of their way to find the exact design and un-archive them on the site JUST so I could repurchase them! This was after merely giving them a description of the pants, no exact item number or anything. I now have my favorite pants back and it's all thanks to the lovely UR team. I could not speak higher on their customer service and was ecstatic by the delivery. Thank you UR team!

I ordered a three piece with multicolored trouser and deep red tops in a women’s large size. When it arrived it was plain grey, might have fit an 8 year old girl and was appallingly badly made. Despite sending photos and requesting returns label, they responded by offering 20% refund and I “can keep the garment”. I don’t want the garment! I have continued to fight for compensation. They raised their offer to 30%. I am sticking out for at least 50% which they say has to go through a lengthy review and process. Two months on and still nothing. Absolutely terrible company selling very poor quality garments, dreadful returns policy and ripping off its customers. This is the first ever review I have written but want to prevent others being cheated.

I purchased a pair of linen trousers from Urban Revival and after just one hand wash the colour completely faded. I took them back to the store within a week of purchase and the staff refused to offer an exchange, refund or any kind of solution. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and very poor quality products. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company treats its customers. Selling clothing that does not last one wash is bad enough, but refusing to resolve the issue makes it even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely appalling experience. I was treated with complete disrespect and hostility by staff for no reason whatsoever. The behaviour was rude, dismissive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

When I raised the issue with the manager, there was no apology, accountability, or genuine concern shown. I was simply told, ‘I’ll speak to him,’ which felt like an attempt to dismiss the situation rather than address it.

What made this experience even more disturbing was being asked where I was from and whether I was here on holiday. After explaining that I was born and raised here, I was told, ‘I wouldn’t be able to tell.’ I found this comment deeply offensive, inappropriate, and discriminatory.

I left feeling physically shaken , upset, and convinced that I was treated differently because of my background. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or judged in this way. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop, as the level of professionalism, respect, and basic customer care was completely unacceptable

My 1st time online bought UR products,unfortunately some items are not suit for me .so I keep emailing them about all the questions,they reply very fast with good suggestions. thanks for the good service

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff member in the changing rooms was abrupt, dismissive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was trying on clothes. The situation escalated to the point that I left feeling distressed and physically shaking, and I experienced an anxiety attack afterwards. That is completely unacceptable in a retail environment.

I’d give it a 0 if I could.

I had to return an online order and of course, retail stores don’t accept online order returns. The only shipping destination available to me (based in UK) is freaking Nebraska, which cost me exactly half of what I paid for the jacket.

Also the customer communication email content is less than rubbish English. If they had bothered to use even just Google translate for their content, it would still be a better look.

Rubbish company. Do I even say that the jacket was a completely different colour than pictured.

We got to the till and there was 10% off your first purchase. This was my first time at the store so I selected this option. It wouldn’t let me connect to the QR code because there was no signal in the store so we asked the retail assistant and she said “it’s not her problem”. We asked why they would have this option if there is no signal in the store and she laughed at us and suggested that it’s only 10% off so what are we moaning for. When we refused to pay and left, she’s chuckling to other customers and saying it’s funny we’re kicking up this much of a fuss over 10% off.
Horrible member of staff and very patronising

Asked for help at the till because when you scan your item it asked to become w member. We left the shop to get some signal to be able to sign up. After being unsuccessful we asked the lady a the till ( today, saturday 21st March 2026) wearing white top and jeans. We asked Her for help with signing up. She laughed at us and said it’s non of her problem if we can’t sign up. She also laughed and said we are desperate for 10% off. I don’t think there is anything embarrassing with wanting to sign up as it’s the first thing it come sup. We left the shop and tried to get WiFi. After not much luck, we asked for help and got laughed at. The lady was really patronising and not helpful at all. I’ve shopper few times here and will never return. She laughed at us instead of offering help. I advise for you to remove the ’become a member’ when scanning an item if your staff is not trained properly to be kind of helpful. She was so rude laughing at us and not wanting to help. We will never return. Very racist shop. So sad. Have a look at your cctv and you’ll be able to see how horrible your member of staff was. So racist.

After following their exact return instructions and receiving postal service verification, they did not return my money. I'm out $53 for a returned shirt. Buyer beware!

Satisfied interaction with customer service of Urban REVIVO. I ordered on line 6 items. After already successfully buying in store in Singapore, I was looking forward to receiving the shipment. As it took some time, I checked shipping progress online (useful link provided by customer service). Upon arrival we noticed on one dress some issues and notified Urban REVIVO Customer Service, which smoothly und in an uncomplicated manner solved the issue. Communication was fast, excellent English writing skills and friendly atmosphere throughout the whole process. Thanks to whoever attended me, we will continue to buy in shop and online.

The website makes it seem like the brand is based in the U.S., the outfits look great, and the models look fantastic. Somehow it is overseas and from somewhere in China. You have to wait a long time to receive the items you order, and I don't know if they really have customer service. You have to pay for the return shipping to their warehouse, which may not exist.

Avoid ordering online.... you have to return items to either China or Nebraska at your own cost...
I bought a jacket for over 120 pounds, it arrived all screwed up in a ball from China, the quality isn't great I was disgraced by the quality and how it was delivered for such a high price, looked like I had bought something from Shein..
Final punch in the gut was to find out it would cost me 40 pounds to return to Nebraska instead of being able to return to their oversized store in Westfield Stratford, which baffles me.. If you buy in store you can return in store, however if you order online, you get ripped off...
I never leave reviews but I feel absolutely robbed of my consumer rights. so felt the need to let other people know.

It appears the first package ordered in December 2025 was lost. Same thing happened December of 2024. However, customer service was actually very helpful. It's not the company and I don't believe they are a scam company. I think 17 tracking, which is the delivery service they use, does not do them any justice. They don't deliver to PO Boxes and if you deliver to a large apartment complex they more than likely leave your package out on the street. There is no way to contact this company as their phone number does not work and they do not provide an email.
This company would do better using FedEx DHL or UPS. I had to provide a relatives address who lives in a house and has a surveillance camera.
Bittersweet. Happy I was able to get my items but not for the time that I wanted it. I'm sure they are losing money.

I placed my order on Dec 5 and it arrived in the designated city on December 15. I After 6 days had passed, I contacted the customer service representative to find out when my delivery would arrive. She told me the warehouse representative would contact me within 48 hours. I have not heard anything via text, email or phone as of Dec. 28. I will never order anything from this company. The carrier is a foreign carrier Um Umi. I am told they drop off packages via personal vehicles. This experience ruin my gift giving this Christmas.

There was an issue with my package. The support team handled it with grace and helped me through the entire ordeal. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I am GREATLY pleased with this company. I recommend their clothing to everyone. My outfit looks amazing on me and looks EXACTLY like the picture. The quality is giving 100%. Love Love Love Urban Revivo and will be ordering from them again.

The clothes are nothing like they look on the site and the sizing is off. I tried to return 2 dresses from the UK and had to ask twice for return address. I got given an address to return to Nebraska, United States. It is extortionate to send parcels to Nebraska. Weird given the parcel was delivered from Hong Kong. They make it impossible to return items. Avoid this company like the plague if you are a UK customer.

Very sweet company!! They have trust in their customers as well as quick with their response!!
