Great company to deal with. Have been doing business with Urban Road for 10 years with different companies and have never had a problem at all. The range is amazing.

The poster I ordered is very nice however it took over two weeks to arrive and when it did it had obviously been tampered with. The container had been opened, the lid lost from one end and cut fragile tape over the open end when it arrived. Two star loss in rating is purely due to the delivery experience.

My emails were responded to immediately and they went over and above to ensure I received my order in time for my daughters birthday, which was a big ask considering I live in Victoria. Everything was great, except that the print we ordered was mistakenly printed in the wrong orientation. Brenton dealt with the issue promptly, pleasantly and professionally. Replacement print is exactly what we expected.
