The quality of the framing was below…
The quality of the framing was below standard. We had to remove the tape from the back of the frame as the perspex was coming out of the frame and a number of staples had been left in front (not behind) the actual print and matt. This made it impossible to hang at this standard. Sorry, but we expected a little better quality.

I ordered two books for my child approx…
I ordered two books for my child approx 4 weeks prior to Christmas that were quoted as having a dispatch turnaround of 2-3 days.
I enquired one week out from Christmas as to why I hadn’t received an update and why the status hadn’t changed. They then informed me that they were unable to source the books and automatically refunded my money.Unfortunately at this stage it was too late for me to source these books elsewhere.
Needless to say I had a very disappointed child on Christmas Day.

Buy the bigger canvas
The colours are vibrant in the right light. I would recommended the bigger canvas to make the background more effective. The service has been really prompt and professional.

Great pic but not great quality
Loved my picture so much! But it wasn’t sealed properly under the glass so the print has bubbles and steam patches which isn’t great. Otherwise, fast delivery! Thank you :)
