I had several interactions with both George and Darren, who were highly knowledgably about all utility pricing. We were made aware that our water costs were a really high rate and the 'good deal' we had with our Gas and Electric was the complete opposite. Darren even contacted our current gas supplier to challenge their pricing on our behalf.

Darren was great in sorting BG Lite out for me, despite them only being an “online service only” he managed to resolve my issue.
Reduced my water costs by some margin as well.
The personalised Christmas card I got was also a nice touch! Highly recommend!
