It is an excellent product. I am just still recovering from its use. It massaged my neck alright. Turned my muscles into hamburger-helper it did. I probably have another three or four days until my neck is back to semi-normal.

No one ever responded to my question about returning the product.

My falling asleep improved after using the massager. Feels weird at first and you are having second thoughts but give it few tries. Overall it’s well worth the money, I recommend.

I saw this on a YouTube review by HeyyyEverbody. When the order was shipped through Amazon, Amazon put my shipping label on the wrong box and I received something that I didn’t order. I contacted Breo by email and received a response within two hours. Customer service was great and worked with Amazon to get me the right product, replacement was very timely! I love my foot massager I use it everyday and it helps.

I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing
