Great product. Communication, not so..
I got exactly the rubber that I wanted, and fast. The cust service person was friendly and efficient.
But: My technical question was redirected a colleague, the expert, twice. First, when she was unsure about my question, and then the next day when he didn't contact me the first time. Never heard from him. I took a chance and ordered because preferred to start learning the new rubber ASAP.

Thank you for your review. We are glad the product worked well and you are already learning. Competition products are generally more technical and all of us are not as versed. We try to respond as soon as possible and we are sorry this did not happen in your case.

While assembly time does vary the good news is the table is one piece so it will stay together even when folded for storage. Enjoy.

Just what we have been waiting for
The ping pong table we purchased for our new community park was easy to assemble. A teenager in the neighborhood was able to study the directions, begin assembling it, and complete the job with minimal help with large pieces. It looks great in the park and it is ready to use.

Top Notch Ping Pong Quality & Service
Great communication in response to my questions before buying a product and for purchasing additional parts afterward. Obviously the tables and paddles are a great quality product and I'm looking forward to playing with them for years with our family. I think it's great that the tables are made in France.
