Think Again
Horrible. customer service was bad was in Ft Lauderdale FL. Lady in front with braces and tattoos need to find another job seriously. The black guy at the desk was cool though. He was pleasant just frustrated because the lady was pissing everyone off so all the customers had an attitude. Stood in line for over an hour for a reservation. Please do not rent with them. Just pay a better price for time and customer service i promise you won't regret it.!!!
Don’t rent from them!
Have to call for pickup. One man show at the office. No one picked up. After 5 times calling they picked up. Waited 15 minutes for van to come. Got to this office building where they rent a space. Had to show my insurance card. Who does that? NEVER BEFORE. if not they make you take the insurance PLUS THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD 250.00 for insurance and it takes 5 days to get it back. I’ve read now that they don’t credit back! They didn’t even have the car i rented. Do not trust the 5 star reviews! That is their own people!
not worth the savings!
The experience returning was much more pleasant than picking up my car! Since i didn't print out the email, i didn't realize i was supposed to call a number when i arrived! Due to some miscommunication, they never sent the van and didn't get picked up till an hr and a half later! And to add insult to injury, i had to fend off my driver, who begged for my phone number. I doubt i will use them again—even tho the price was unbeatable!
My experience was anything but "Easy"…
My experience was anything but "Easy" to rent a car. Upon entering the location I was greeted with a long line. This line took about an hour an a half to get through. While there were 3 people working at the desk, there was no sense of urgency. Also, their process is not efficient. The desk person takes each customer out to the car and does the walk through. I have never seen this before, usually there is a designated person in the lot to go over the car, that way the desk person can help the next customer in line.
Also, they needed proof of insurance or I would have to pay an additional $16 per day. I have since researched this and it is not mandatory to show proof of insurance. I saw several people in front of me that didn't have their cards with them end up paying the additional money. This seemed shady to me and those people were so frustrated by the time they got to the counter they would have paid anything to get out of there! I was lucky enough to have proof of insurance but this seems like something that should be looked into. I would never rent with this company again.
Never again!
Shuttle was prompt and very nice on arrival.
Very poor service at the Easirent office. Waited over an hour for my car. (What’s the point of letting them know when I was arriving). Scammed me into Sunpass $70 US. Manual windows and door locks...really but had backup camera. Windshield and wipers were awful. I was charged twice for the rental. Once by Wisecars (broker) and then again on drop off day by Easirent.
Then shuttle missed turn off for airport, reminded him. Had to go around. Then he dropped us off at Arrivals! Said they weren’t allowed to drop off at Departures!? Great for a person with a bad knee!! Never again. Not worth the savings.
Absolute scam!!
Absolute scam!!! Do not use the company. As per instructions called for airport pick up for 2 hours in Miami airport. No one answered. Spend more than 30 minutes on the line with Expedia service agent who was also unable to get contact. I went to shuttle bus area and waited more than 30 minutes without seeing any bus before booking with other company. Lost 4 hour in Miami airport. Took Expedia 48 hours to get an answer from these guys and then they went a ahead and made a full charge to my card with NO SERVICE DELIVERED!
Not if you want peace of mind
It worked out for me, but they had me scared the entire time. Is it worth the cheap price? Not really. Tried to scare me into getting a toll pass with “secret tolls” you can’t see or avoid. I have “avoid tolls” on my app for a reason. It was quick service for me because I got in line first with the one agent ... sorry other people.
Finally, when we went to get my car, it was not organized. Randomly picked some keys, found one at the beginning of the line and .... 2018 car with roll up windows?? No key fab? I guess it’s worth the price.
Last note: if they drop you off at an ancient gas station with no pumps and tons of cars, you found it. Hey Easirent: some clear signs for direction and identification would help. Something that looks professional.
Horrible Experience
The pick up process was very clumsy and disorganized. Once I got checked in, I was told to step outside and someone would get my car; I stood outside for over 10 minutes before I saw anyone and even then they didn't even acknowledge me or let me know they'd be with me shortly. Finally, after about another 10 minutes I got my car.
When I got my rental car and sat down inside I noticed the distinct stench of cigarette smoke. Later that day I had to use the wiper blades and they were so worn that they did not adequately clear the windshield; in fact, they left a big streak of water across the middle right in my line of vision (I informed the Easirent about both issues when I returned the car).
I returned the car on the appointed day at 8 a.m. The following morning I got a call/voice message saying my car rental return was a day overdue and that I was going to be charged accordingly. I immediately called back and straightened out my return. The woman I spoke with seemed clueless as to the situation. I described the person I checked the vehicle into (white guy with a lot of tattoos).
Overall, horrible experience!

At the Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood site we had to wait for awhile as there were not enough staff for all the patrons. The first car the front seat did not move when the lever was pressed. The staff got us a replacement quickly which worked very well during our 5 day stay. Check out was ok and the van delivered us to out gate. Everybody spoke very fast, I had a hard time understanding them.
fraudulant charges
Exactly the same problem as the previous avis - our french card is clearly marked 'carte de credit' and had been accepted on 2 previous occasions but not on our most recent hire when we were forced to pay 196 gbp for insurance. Our claim for a refund has been rejected. I sense that the company are deliberately targeting clients who do not have english bank cards into paying extra charges. Maybe it is a fault on their system in recognising foreign cards that needs to be addressed. I will definitely not be using this company again and would advise foreign clients to avoid them also

Quand je vois les avis sur internet il est évident que ce loueur est un escroc!!

good chance you are about to be robbed here. booked thru carrental8... paid in full ($231 as agreed)... followed their slippery voucher process.. car was provided by another company (easirent)... apparently carrental8 is just a middle man in the Orlando area... both companies have charged me... (easirent charged me $398 including an extra UNWANTED INSURANCE CHARGE of $169).... I have now paid $629 for this $231 rental... NEITHER COMPANY WILL REFUND MY MONEY!!!!! USE CAUTION HERE OR STEER CLEAR !!!
Worst rental ever
Worst rental ever! If you have any problems no one will help you and there’s no way to contact anyone except by a phone number that no one answers. Forget about getting your security deposit....it’s been 25 days and no deposit has been returned into my account.
worst car rental experience
worst car rental experience. They took more than an hour to pick me up from the airport (Orlando International Airport) despite several calls and time being past 9PM where you would expect they are not as busy. Then they try to force me to get their insurance which I decline, so they asked me for physical proof of insurance despite showing them the loss/damage coverage by my traveler's credit card. After several minutes, I manage to logon to insurance website and show them insurance but they said, "OK, but we do not have more mid-size sedans". I said forget it and ask them to cancel pre-paid reservation but they never refunded my money. Also, the two customers that were there before me left very unhappy without a car either. Uber driver who pick me up told me they are the worst car rental company in Orlando. Stay away from them!
The worst experience I have ever had
The worst experience I have ever had. You don’t get any document!!neither on paper nor in email neither by pickup nor drop off They charge you as much as they want because you won’t get the document you have signed. Never again!!!
Horror Story renting car at the Orlando Florida…
I rented a car at the Orlando Florida airport Nov. 14, 2019. When the shuttle driver dropped me at the rental car lot, I thought it was a mistake. It looked like a car impound lot. Some of employees looked parolees. Many were angry and aggressive to customers. Cars were jammed together bumper to bumper. Many Customers (some with babies in diapers) were standing around waiting and waiting - over an hour to get a car. No cars were being released to customers. The front desk told me to wait outside for 5 to 10 minutes. I noted the time, and after 22 mins, I asked about the status of my rental. I was told that "since I was being snobby, I would now have to wait another 20 mins and to go back outside and wait." After 50 mins of sitting on an upside down bucket on the sidewalk, and agents finally told me to come inside and do paper work. I then suffered 25 mins of near fraudulent sales tactics. I was told I had to purchase $65 of liability insurance unless I could produce a copy of my Insurance policy. I found my policy on-line and showed that to agent. Then I was told I had to pay $35 for tolls which I declined and that led to another 5 minute fight. After 1 hour and 15 mins, I got a car that was NOT what I paid for. I paid for a mid size SUV, but got a compact car. I was told, I had to return the car 2 1/2 hours before my departure flight. Thankfully, the car was fine and the return process was uneventful. The agent that handled me, and her boss that I appealed to, should be fired and never work in customer service again.

I have rented well over 100 cars all over the world from countless agencies...This is by far the worst ever. Bottom line is they overcharged me by double after the paperwork did not match what they sent me. The agent refused to change it even though I showed there's were different then mine. After all that the forced me to purchase insurance on the car for 2 days even though my CC cover it. My Email said I was to pick up the car the morning for the 27th at 7 am and drop it off the same day 8 pm...I was charged double for the entire trip. If I was not is such a hurry to my appointment I would have went somewhere else...DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR HOLIDAY TRAVELS.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. STEPHANIE you are the best....thanks again for ur help
Shocking Experience

My car went in for MOT, had a few minor advisories and I figured get it fixed now rather than have an issue later. The parts had to be ordered, meaning I'd be without my car for about 5 days. The garage had already given out their 'loaner', so while I mulled over my public transport options, I thought I'd check UK car rental prices as I had a bargain last time I went to Europe with a hire.
Checked Rentalcars.com, it came up with Easirent as the cheapest and nearest. I live 5 mins drive from their Heathrow location
Price - Group C Car for a week, £0.79 / day. £5.53 for a week.
All pretty good so far - well aside from my car repair, but that was nothing to to do with the rental side.
Problems started here. Heathrow branch, was clearly under manned. People were waiting outside, in the waiting area, could not make sense of the self-check in (which does not actually let you 'Check in'!) and queuing up to speak to the 1 advisor on hand. He was doing an admiral job trying to rinse as money out of an increasingly agitated middle-eastern customer. His kids running around messing with spare terminals, check in units, the portable AC unit - frustrating him further with the advisor. There were 4 customers ahead of him, so I did a quick calculation based on the time it took to serve him (he was already engaged when I got there) and reckoned I'd be seen in about 50 minutes.
I was nearly right, as after a change of staff, I got seen after just over an hour. Standing, no seating available for an hour kills your feet! Waiting in turn while advisor after advisor upsells their soul to the customer is incredibly frustrating.
I had to pay a £1500 security, a £150 deposit, a £95 petrol holding deposit and a £178.54 upgrade cost - this after I was able to negotiate this down. I would have held out for a better price but was so disheveled and just had to go. More fool me for thinking I could actually hire a car for a week, costing a fiver. Eventually after another 30 minutes I drove away a Renault Captur.
The return, while not as time consuming, still took an annoying 25 minutes, the water fountain seemed to have been removed within this week. It does not seem that hard to give a car a once over and check the tank reading, but the staff clearly have other priorities.
From observation, I could clearly see that all the members of public I came into contact with upon collection and return had precisely the same experience. The queue had actually risen after that initial hour and half it took on collection. I estimate I witnessed all told, about 50 customers having the same experience as me on my before and after visits. Easirent does not do unique experiences, everyone gets the same crass level of service!
This said car was great - and all 3 deposits came back within 48 hours and aside from the annoying extra £178 charge, I was not billed anything else, but the experience tells me I will never use this company again. If you have any sense - look beyond the initial £/$ price tag - look elsewhere, or you'll regret it.

I have been using this company for a few years now and I must say that the service gets better with each booking. I have been satisfied with their airport shuttle services and their cars. Sometimes I have even received a complimentary upgrade (pleasant surprise!). Donnamarie was super helpful on the call and extremely professional. Thanks for your time Donnamarie!
