I ordered a Ranvoo toothbrush and 3 replacement heads from us.ranvoo.com. The delivery was significantly delayed, and the replacement heads did not match my order. I immediately requested a return, which Ranvoo confirmed and granted me 30 days (until 20 April 2026) to send the items back.

However, despite multiple emails and providing all requested details (including reasons for return at their explicit request), I have received no return address, no shipping label, and no refund confirmation for over 10 days now. Their return link only leads to the homepage asking for a “confirmation code” I never got.
RANVOO Support keeps promising quick follow-up but delivers nothing. I’m ready to return the items in perfect condition, but without their cooperation, I cannot proceed. This blocks my legal right to refund.

RANVOO Team: Please contact me IMMEDIATELY at my known email address with the return details to resolve this before I escalate to chargeback and consumer protection authorities.

Order # 4505. I want a fair solution – don’t force me to take further action.

After years of using premium electric toothbrushes from a well-known Dutch brand (and replacing six of them in four years due to battery and head issues), I finally switched to the RANVOO AirJet II (Steel Blue) — and it’s an absolute revelation!

The air-powered cleaning system is incredibly gentle yet super effective. My gums used to be swollen from periodontitis, but after just five days, everything healed and feels great again. The brush is beautifully made, quiet, lightweight, and the quality feels premium in every detail.

Plus, replacement heads are very affordable, which makes it even better value. I’ve never been this impressed with an electric toothbrush. RANVOO really nailed it!

Highly recommended for anyone with sensitive gums or looking for a truly premium brushing experience.

Ranvoo has excellent customer service They reached out to me quickly super friendly staff, I had a rare issue with Ranvoo aice lite plus 2025 And Ranvoo team from Whatsapp stepped in There seemed to be a problem with the motors at the time and it would make sounds and wind would pause once every 10 seconds or so (got annoying hearing beeps and wind fan pauses), After communicating I was offered a partial refund from issues re-occurring, After several months the issue went away on its own, I love this device very futuristic, I do Recommend Ranvoo release more updates for the Ranvoo aice lite plus 2025 models, You saved my summer and kept me cool RANVOO, Thank you for the great products you have engineered I'm glad you exist you have a lot of potential,& your company has a bright future ahead
I think 2028 Model should have longer battery life I work 10 hour shifts be nice to have a 20 Hour battery life on high mode, other modes extend to or low mode 72 hours for example gives people a chance to use device maybe 3 days in a row without charging just an ideal i'm sure other clients and customers would like the ideal longer battery life my only concern

I purchased an AICE LITE 2025 and it is absolutely amazing. I had a small issue with it and their customer support is incredible, everything was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner without any fuss or drama of any kind. I wish all companies had customer service like this, they were a real joy to deal with. I cannot recommend this company and products highly enough
