Matthew Brown was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. As someone who was nervous about shipping my car, having a dispatcher who kept me informed every step of the way made all the difference. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and transparent. The booking process was easy, communication was clear, pickup was fast, and my car arrived safely. You deserve what you get if you deal with this company. They lied 3 times to us about the pickup date and time. We sat around and waited 3 different days waiting for them and they never came. The brokers all have Indian Accents and they will lie cheat and steal their way to a deal then upcharge you in the beginning and i'm sure at the end of the trip. After I told them I wouldnt do business with them due to their blatant lies then they changed agents and he said he would assure me he will not be like her that he was handling things now and he had the call. But when I requested he makes good for 3 days of lies he said he had no call on that. Another lie. They will only lie lie and lie. If you do business with them then you deserve whatever happens. I would run and use someone else.

these people will low ball you on the price and then change it once you give them a deposit.
then they refuse to give you a refund.
This is not how you do business.
