They are one of many other similar trademark scams out there that works by creating create fear. You are in control of your USPTO. You can easily reverse and manage any expiration, challenges or abandonment or your mark. Do it yourself if you need to.

They will do nothing for you other than scam you into stealing your money. Don't say you weren't warned.

There is no actual business, corporate address or any online record that states that they are a real company. They are scammers.

The other short reviews by anonymous people that have never reviewed anything, offering comments with no substance other than praising how good they are, are obviously FAKE.

Stay away, block their number so they stop texting you.

US Mark Expert is a scam. DO NOT PAY THEM.

They contact parties that have filings with the USPTO claiming they represent a client that is filing for the same trademark in an attempt to get paid off. They claim that if you pay for their services, they may withdraw the counter claim to the trademark. (This is certainly not in the best interest of their "client" so that should give you pause before you become a "client'). Other clues, if you look up their place of business from their website, it is a random residential apartment building in Washington DC.

When I called to question them, I asked how they are representing their client by accepting payment to withdraw their client's filing for the same trademark. They said they would look into it and stop contacting me via texts. I asked how they were going to that since I had not provided my phone number (I *67 my call) or my trademark so how would they know who to stop texting. They then hung up.

Trust Pilot should do a better job of policing these false or AI generated reviews that appear on their site for US Mark Expert. It's the #2 Google result.
