The session led by Pam Warren was great, she was really engaging and the presentation style using labels on the whiteboard helped keep energy levels and interest up - was a very smart way of doing it.

Mark is the best facilitator my team has ever experienced! His energy and delivery is inspirational and he can connect effortlessly with so many people on different levels - everyone in a group of 60 will take something positive away with them. His immense knowledge and experience enables him to speak from the heart, so his presentation is authentic, with no need for cue cards! This is very rarely seen and highly respected by everyone who attends one of his valuable training experiences. Highly highly recommended.
