Very professional behaviour and understood talking appreciatever much

Pleasant young lady, well advised

Fast and easy

Very helpful.

Was a very good phone call

Its very amazing experience with this company

Great service

O k fine thanks

Patient, polite, helpful. Thank you

Excellent service, every detail I wanted to know was explained to me! Very important I could speak to a human being and not by very slow text! Other companies rely on emails and text, slow and frustrating. Other service deals were offered aswell. I can speak to an agent if any issues. Best provider for me.

Excellent customer service

An extremely helpful experience

Tabatha was very polite and considerate when I reached out. She honestly conveyed that prepayment cases weren’t her specialty and assured that she will request her colleague, Paul to reach out to me in 10 mins.
As assured, Paul called me within the time frame conveyed and was patient to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. He made sure that I am provided with all information before I agree with the switch from my current provider. I have recently moved to this property and have had to deal with a lot of service providers to set up a functional home and by far Paul and Tabatha were the most pleasant people to speak to. Paul was not in a hurry to get done with my call, and that means a lot, as a customer.
Paul specifically outlined the timelines on the supplier transfer and the installation, which I never experienced from my previous supplier (i was still chasing them when I coincidentally stumbled across E)

Happy to be a customer of this excellent network!

He was very helpful and let us take our time and he was very nice

They really help me to reduce my bills monthly

Lucy was unbelievable and very good how she explained everything saved me money too
