I made an application online for several services being new in the country. Rik was quick, efficient and excellent in his guidance of what offers and service providers were available. He was patient and listened really well to all our requests and provided us with the best options for our requirements. It is really nice to find such great customer service!

The person who helped me was very patient with me and helped me after hours wich was better for me as.
The service was very good, very fast and the person also spoke very good English as I only speak a little Nederlands.

Excellent service. My relocation happened so quickly, and I had practically no spare time to set up all the services. Utility Direct staff took this weight off of my shoulders. Very quick and high quality support. I would use them again.

Super helpful service
Super helpful team. I used their services through my building services and although I knew how to set it all up myself, the consultants make it so much faster. In 25 minutes I had all the contracts I needed in my inbox.
I could have used their services when first moving to the NL and avoid fines as I didn’t know what I needed to contract myself.

The contact personnel was absolutely amazing! I submitted 3:00pm and was contacted immediately within 20 minutes. I was given options between different utilities and was thoroughly informed to make the best decision.
This was my first time arranging utilities for my new studio and such proffessionalism made me feel confident and at ease. Thank you for the amazing service, I definitely recommend!
