Easy, quick, friendly. As you speak on the phone, you talk over the options and they set up the utilities so as when you finish the call, all the emails are waiting from the relevant services. Recommended.

I am truly not impressed by a company like utility Direct who recommended that I join Engie. Engie cancelled my request for service the day after they accepted and have been claiming more than 88€ from me. Nothing but a nightmare and I sincerely regret having used them.
