We received our samples really quickly and they were a decent size enabling us to make a decision easily without trying to guess too much how it would look.

Thanks for the samples, quick and easy to order.

Yaz and Jon welcomed us last Saturday into the beautiful showroom and were incredibly patient and helpful, spending over 1h with us to show us different options. So glad I went as I came in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted and left with a much better and cheaper option! There is A LOT of choice, which can be somewhat overwhelming, but take your time, enjoy a free coffee and let your gut feeling speak!
Thank you both for your advice. I really appreciate you never tried to gear us towards 1 choice or the other

A great visit experience seeing all of the samples at large format and associated completed project images on a large screen. Jon imparted his knowledge in a relaxed and informative way and provided all the samples I needed to pass on to clients.

Excellent showroom with extensive selection of wood flooring samples to view in a very user friendly environment.
We spent an hour with Jon who knew everything there is to know about V4 products and he was both very helpful and instructive about all aspects of the products and their installation.
The showroom is beautifully designed and is a very calm and peaceful place to consider all the options available. The coffee was excellent! Many thanks to all the team.

Free samples delivered quickly giving me the chance to colour check everything and see the excellent quality of wood and finishes. Thank you!

Excellent showroom, well presented. Staff were extremely helpful, in our case Richard, who had comprehensive knowledge of the products and a useful perspective for us to consider when making flooring choices. The hospitality area was welcome. We felt unhurried. Many thanks

Very nice showroom with extensive wood flooring collection and samples. The staff were very helpful and patient and guided us to the right flooring. Lots of parking, awesome facilities, lots of choice and great staff and advice!

Jon, was welcoming, polite and understanding. He was extremely informative and most helpful in aiding us to making a decision. His manner was always patient and accommodating. Jon is an asset to V4 Wood Flooring.

This is going to sound quite sad but I loved the v4 showroom. Over the years I've done a lot of design projects and therefore been to 1000s of showrooms and I can honestly say that theirs is the best I've been to. Lovely modern building, everything laid out immaculately, great sized samples to get a real feel/view of what it would look like, not cluttered, useful paint samples, complimentary drinks and most of all Lucy was superb to deal with. The fantastic service made us want to use them regardless of the product which we also fell in love with and can't wait to use on our self build home. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

A really helpful and knowledgeable team and a seriously nice showroom!

Jon was more than helpful when visiting the Woking showroom, sharing his knowledge and expertise and listening to our requirements. They were also very well prepared for people like us who have 2 little ones in tow! Thanks so much!

We were recommended this showroom by a fitter we'd contacted for a quote as he said they had the best range of wood flooring products in the area. It's a fabulous showroom, really well set up, and Jon was very helpful in giving advice. We narrowed it down to three possibilities and took away samples so we could view them at home. Jon also followed up by email as promised with the information we'd requested. Very good quality products and by sourcing through the fitter the price has worked out within our budget. Would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for wood flooring.

The ability to see a wide variety of flooring in excellent surroundings with no pressure. Jon was extremely helpful with his advice regarding type and location. A very good way to shop for wood flooring.

House renovation can be stressful but with help of good expert become exciting.
The V4 Woking is the one which makes your journey more joyful.
The showroom is fantastic and must be seen. Jon was absolutely helpful and very patient with answering different questions. He gave us samples of the floor we liked to bring home and try it. It helped us to narrow down the choices and get closer to the final selection. I would highly recommend visiting V4 Woking showroom if you are planning for new flooring or have renovation project.

Absolutely outstanding, beautiful, high quality flooring, beautifully installed by joiners from my local supplier. Transformed the room and really well worth the money

We were recommended to visit V4 flooring by a friend whose contractors had used them and who was very pleased with her floor. We have been struggling to find the right look and quality but V4 had many options of flooring that ticked both boxes. The Showroom is an excellent space to try to understand your vision and Jon's advice and expertise was of great assistance.

Excellent and efficient and lovely quality

A great showroom and Jon was very helpful showing us all the different options

Never been disappointed with v4 products or services.
