Fast funding , great people to deal with.

Continually lied to when the broker woukd answer a call or text! Seems to be a very shady business and a great place to stay away from!

2nd UPDATE after regarding Vader Mountain Capital’s latest public responses and recent communications:
For transparency and accuracy, below are excerpts from the company’s prior public responses to my review:

“We do not represent our funding products as a means of building personal or business credit…”

“We would like the opportunity to investigate the matter thoroughly.”

“We remain committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.”

What stands out most is the growing difference between the company’s public messaging and the handling of the matter behind the scenes.

Despite repeated written requests made over an extended period of time, I still have not been provided with:
• the preserved funding call recording the company previously acknowledged was retained;
• the complete related communications and records connected to the transaction;
• or confirmation regarding whether any records were deleted, altered, withheld, or unavailable.

In fact, just minutes from this update, the company privately stated that it has already provided “all the documentation it can” regarding the account, while simultaneously continuing escalation and default-related communications during the active dispute process.

In fact, approximately an hour before the company’s latest updated public Trustpilot responses discussing transparency and resolution, I also received another private “time-sensitive” escalation/default-related communication regarding the account.

That timing and contrast between the public messaging and simultaneous private escalation activity raised additional concerns for me regarding the handling of the dispute process.

Another point that raised concern for me was the public reference to contacting a “Treasury Department” at a phone number that appeared to function as a general company contact line rather than a clearly identified direct department contact.
I also note that the company’s public responses evolved substantially over time — first distancing itself from representations allegedly made during origination, then later publicly discussing cancellation/payoff options and broader resolution language after the dispute became more visible.

To be clear, my concerns were raised shortly after funding and were not limited to one isolated misunderstanding. The concerns include the representations surrounding business credit reporting, the handling of the dispute afterward, the lack of production of requested records, and the continuation of escalation activity while those issues remained unresolved.

At this stage, my concerns extend beyond the original transaction itself and now include the overall handling of the dispute and transparency process.

Original review:
I entered into a financing agreement after being told it could help build my business credit. That representation was a major factor in my decision to move forward as I asked MANY MANY TIMES.

After funding, I repeatedly followed up about the credit reporting process and was told to “wait about a month.” Later, I discovered the situation was not what I had originally understood.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of transparency afterward. I requested copies of all recordings and communications related to the transaction. I was informed that only the funding call was preserved, yet despite multiple requests, I still have not received that recording.

I also experienced aggressive escalation tactics, including threats of arbitration and later warnings about “slander/libel” simply for explaining my experience and disputing what I believe were misleading representations.
In my opinion, the circumstances raise serious concerns regarding deceptive or misleading business practices, inducement based on inaccurate representations, and the fairness of relying on arbitration protections after acknowledging a misunderstanding tied to the core reason I accepted the funding.
At this time, the matter has NOT been resolved.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding this transaction and the handling of the ongoing dispute.

If it’s one thing that I can personally say vader always comes through for me and thanks god for lenders like them my rating is 10/10 thanks guys.

We have a newer business and we needed some capital for marketing and just some cash flow. Again, we are newer company with not a lot of history and could not get the funding we needed elsewhere. Vader and their help was quick and saiid this is just to start. It helped us out so we can continue to grow.

Good service high interest

Terrible company to use. I highly doubt not recommend this company due to predatory lending, hidden fees, and 400% APR equivalent interest rate including fees. Customer service is very unprofessional and awful to deal with.

Easy and reasonable negotiation. I wish they used Plaid to verify but other than that, they are a great company to work with.
