Shipping labels created, but never updated, and now the company says it was delivered but nothing has been received. Scam?

Glasses arrived and very cheap knock offs from the real thing. Poor quality would not recommend.

Horrible experience. Do not buy from this site! First they emailed me and said the item I ordered was, "out of stock and it will not be restocked or delivered anytime soon" -- in bolded letters, but only offered me a store credit and not my money back.

When I told them the next day that I didn't want a store credit, they then claimed the item was suddenly back in stock (which sounded fishy because they didn't want to refund my money).

When I got the item, it was something I DID NOT order! When I emailed to inform them (with pics), they never responded.
