Great customer service
I had ordered a couple of items from here and on one of them the zip had broken and as soon as I emailed them to tell them they sent me a brand-new bag excellent service no equivalent and the bag is fabulous

Travel document bag….just what I wanted
I found this company online as I was looking for a stylish document wallet to carry travel documents.
The item was discounted and on offer so that was great too!
I ordered the item online on the Website which was really easy to use and within a couple of days the item arrived.

Really not impressed
Really not impressed. Whilst the bag looked sturdy and functional online, in reality it's actually very soft and limp. The adjusting strap slips and the shoulder pad doesn't cover the metal adjustors which results into metal digging into the shoulder. Materials is very soft and the emblem on the zips actually get stuck preventing you from opening the bag.
