Honestly have no complaints with the site, the connection is pretty good, and from a month of using the site I’ve only gotten disconnected once, but it immediately fixed itself after I refreshed.

Good service and easy to get started!
Really easy to get started and has proved reliable so far. I’m currently using for basic workloads only and it has been working like a charm as a desktop available from anywhere, even browser experience is finally so I cannot complain at all!

I requested a refund because I can't even use the service due to multiple errors, I got charged despite can't proceed with anything.
I requested a refund because I accidentally top up twice as the website is confusing. When you subscribe, they asked for top up despite I still having 10USD in the account. So no matter how much you left, they will still ask for top up of minimum 10USD + 8usd subscription. Now I try to contact them for refund but.....no response.
I tried to contact the customer service for refund but got no response despite multiple attempts to contact them and follow up.
Sent number of mails but still no response.
Create ticket and no response.

Their customer support has been horrible
This seems to be a legit company and perhaps they're lame because they're an under funded start up. Unfortunately they don't really seem to know how to run a business. Their 2 main issues:
1) their customer support SUCKS!
2) Their VMs are not available a lot of the time
It's really too bad, I hope you get your act together.

I do not recommend anyone to pay for this service, the worst service I have ever seen and the worst support as well, I used this less than 1 hour immediately I asked for my refund according to their policy before 24 hours your refund will be 100% they have not responded to me, then say it is not 100% my refund if they do this is a scam ala clear!

Happy with my experience, product and pricing
I use DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and Blender for post-prod and sometimes struggle with playback lag, render times, upgrades needed etc. Tried a few solutions and was actually happy with Vagon. Solid performance, no noticeable lag on 4k and could scale things up. Needed to reach out to support once so far and was good response. As long as the price is around this ballpark, I'll probably keep using it and might use beyond when I just travel as well.

I’ve been using Vagon for a while to handle my design stuff for the university which my old laptop struggles with. It’s really simple, just log in, get a faster computer in the cloud, and that’s all.
I hate complex technical stuff, my mind is like not designed for this, so vagon is a great platform for me, it’s really simple. I like that I only pay for what I need, and their support helped me quickly for the first setup. If your own device feels slow, using vagon helps.
