Do NOT use this company! Horrific service, broke one of our items and refused to pay to replace it even though it was clearly marked fragile and well wrapped. Email responses were snotty and rude. They took advantage of our time and disappeared for ages so that they could charge us more money. Service was so slow that we had to help them because they took an extra 1.5 hours!!! They also made us pay for an extra 30 minutes of service even though we only went 7 minutes over the time even with us helping them! Steer clear from this company.
Despite the reply on this review from the company. I have photo evidence of my mirror being smashed 20 minutes after they left my building as soon as I unwrapped it I had photographed it. How they expect me to know it was smashed when the driver was there is ridiculous, it was bubble wrapped and covered in multiple blankets marked ‘fragile mirror’. I was too busy carrying my items into my flat to unwrap my mirror and inform the driver!

We are a small, family-run business with over 200+ genuine 5* Star Reviews, built through years of hard work, long hours, and dedication to our customers. Every move we take on is physically demanding — we sweat, ache, and push ourselves to deliver the best service possible because this is not just a job to us, it’s how we support ourselves, our families, and keep our business alive.
That’s why it’s so disappointing to see two separate 1-star reviews left for the same booking — one here on Trustpilot and another on Google — in an attempt to damage our reputation simply because you didn’t get your way after your own mistakes.
For clarity: you were not our customer. The booking was made by your flatmate Sarah, who was the only person we dealt with. No contract existed with you, yet you have posted defamatory remarks such as “Do NOT use this company” which is false and misleading.
- Here are the facts:
We arrived early & brought extra help at no cost. The booking was for 2 men & 1 Luton van for 3 hours from 4 PM. We arrived at 3 PM with 3 movers instead of 2 — for free — and began at 3:30 PM with Sarah’s agreement. This was confirmed in a booking update email.
We worked continuously and efficiently. Claims that we “disappeared” are fake. You were not present for much of the move. When you were, you saw us working non-stop, using trolleys, doorstops, and safe lifting techniques to move everything from a 6th-floor flat, through multiple doors, to a van parked 0.5 miles away due to your building’s access.
Your “help” was minimal and voluntary. Carrying a few items is not “helping us” — it’s helping yourself. The heavy lifting, large furniture, and awkward items were handled entirely by us. We are movers — this is our main source of income, not a free service.
The overtime charge was correct and agreed to. Your booked time ended at 6:30 PM. We finished at 7:10 PM, which is 40 minutes over. Our terms clearly state that overtime any extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks at £39 each. This was explained three times — at booking, when entering overtime, and before payment. You paid in cash to us without complaint and received a receipt.
The mirror damage claim is fake. It was reported 4 days later, not while our driver was present, as our Terms & Conditions require. We did not pack the mirror, sell you any materials, and handled all items with care. If damage occurred, it could have happened after the move or due to poor packing from yourself.
This job was not simple. It involved moving from a 6th-floor apartment to a 4th-floor apartment, both with shared lifts and no dedicated moving lift, long walking distances, and restricted parking. Despite these challenges, we arrived early, brought extra manpower free of charge, worked tirelessly, and even arrived before you at the delivery address ready to unload.
For you to then post two coordinated 1-star reviews for the same booking, ignoring the facts and the effort we put in, is selfish and damaging. Reviews are not just words online — for small businesses like ours, they directly impact our livelihoods, the trust we’ve built, and the ability to keep providing for our families.
We do not take advantage of customers; we work hard for every penny we earn. We handled your move with the same care and professionalism that has earned us hundreds of 5-star reviews. We will always stand by our team and defend our reputation when false claims are made.
You review contradicts itself as we worked 10 minutes extra, your flatmate Sarah's email claimed 8 minutes and now you're saying 7 minutes - guess what you shaved off 3 minutes and we don't work for free we're a paid service, so you knew that you were in overtime, thanks for proving one of your lies.
We encourage anyone reading to look at the 200+ genuine 5-star reviews from real customers who have experienced our service first-hand, rather than being influenced by two false reviews posted out of frustration by this lying fake review.

Littering is not advertisment.
Someone from this company decided to drop a pile of their flyers on the ground in front of the door of our building in some callous and lazy attempt at advertisment. I did them the favour of dropping them all in my recycling bin, where they belong. Not a good look for this company, I certainly won't be using anyone with such a lack of oversight and communal care.

Mohammed and his team from Vaivan…
Mohammed and his team from Vaivan organised our move to a new address on relatively short notice (2 days). I booked a team of 3 people, who packed everything into boxes, took bulky items like the beds apart, transported everything over and put the disassembled items back together again. They are swift, trustworthy and highly professional. This is the third time our household has used their services, and we are delighted to do so again at the next opportunity.
PS: I left a visitor parking card in Mohammed's van, which he personally came by a day later to return. Absolutely top man!

Same day transport of free furniture
I found some free furniture someone was giving away. I rang to find out if I could book a van same day, and I could. I booked a time I realised was too early but my driver said it was no problem to push back to the time I needed. He was at destination 15 mins early, experienced, organised, and safely helped me transport my free wardrobe home. Mohamad was friendly, polite, understood what I needed and gave a great service at short notice.

Our mover Mohamad was a complete professional and knew how and what to do for our move, and we completely relied on his expertise. I honestly would not know how to accomplish this move without him. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!
