Professional...Effective... Outstanding Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have never previously used VaiVan. The process of making a reservation was simple, and the customer support agent was really helpful. My needs were taken into consideration, and the right-sized vehicle was ordered.
My driver's contact was good, giving me updates both before and on the day of removal, and the tracking system was simple to use. The van arrived on time, and the driver helped me load and unload my belongings at my destination.
VaiVan provided excellent customer service, and I will use them again in the future.

Good service. Very helpful and even helped packing the remaining items that I didn't have and also wrapped my paintings for proper transportation.

These guys are brilliant they turn up on time and handle your items with care they pack all of your things neatly into the van so there is no movement and everything is well protected with blankets and straps.
They are polite and they take the stress out of moving, I highly recommend and I would use them again and again.

VAIVAN They are really careful and attentive, and my property came in fine shape even though part of it was very heavy and unwieldy! I would highly recommend their service! Both the driver and his helper were genuinely kind and sincere. a very energising service. We will definitely utilise VAIVAN again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! Fantastic service!

Very speedy service and very user-friendly. I needed to carry a very huge piece of art from North to South London. The artwork was very carefully protected and secured during the service. VaiVan was amazing from the initial point of contact - the customer service is immediate, professional, and extremely helpful with their responses they guided me through all the processes of obtaining a quote (VaiVan had given me an estimate in a few minutes over the phone, emailed them to me, and gave them to my phone number via a text message) I was so delighted compared to my previous experiences with other moving companies and their painstaking long procedure of merely too.

The two delivery guys were really nice very fast and efficient offloading to the exact place I asked. Furniture had been well looked after on the journey. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
