New Company On Their Game
We started using Valian about a month ago to help with the front desk. It answers our calls, verifies insurance, books and confirms appointments into our system.
It has cut down on our monthly spending with other softwares, and we are a lot more on top of our patients than we used to be, which has meant more patients on the schedule each week.
Setup was easy and connected into our existing Dentrix account. So far it's done what we’ve needed.
The team in Valian has been great and responsive during this process. I know they are a new company but they are on top of their stuff.
