I honestly didn't have a great deal of confidence that I would be successful in getting approved for a loan. When I got a call from Valiant after a previous enquiry, I was almost very dismissive and even said that if theh wanted ti given it a go they could, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Joe from Valiant must have set out to prove me wrong though, and he certainly did. I got an approval, and it was so much less stressful of a process as what I expected. He kept me in the loop with where everything was up to, he didnt give me any BS about it, and spoke to me in a way that gave me confidence that I could trust him to do what was needed, and he certainly delivered!
Wven when it came to sorting out getting the funds paid to the business for the trailer insurance was purchasing, this was all pretty much sorted out for me and I didn't have to stress about it.

For quiet a while now I’ve been dealing with a broker here.

Told me I was approved for what I needed then called back to say I wasn’t, this happened on 4 occasions.

Got me to register for GST which I have not needed for my small business, cost me a fee and guaranteed that this would make approval certain.

Then called me back again to say it was not able to be done because the GST registration was to young.

Not only has this cost me money but now I am registered for something I don’t need and still got no where but offered me someone who is charging over 25 percent interest.

Terrible customer service

Alex Patsellis just makes the whole process so easy. He is always available to chat, talk through a deal, and look at all options to make it work. He is an absolute gun at what he does!!!
