Zak was incredible throughout what was a very challenging process. Securing this business loan wasn’t straightforward, but he never gave up and kept pushing until he found a great outcome for me. He was always responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about getting it done. What stood out most was how he treated it like his own problem to solve.
