The tube we ordered has been lost and NOT delivered. The carrier used is USELESS, how do you lose 6 metre lengths of tube?
We will NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR TUBE ORDERS!!

We completely understand your frustration. Having a delivery go missing, especially a 6m bundle of tubes, is both baffling and incredibly inconvenient. While the carrier’s error was outside of our direct control, we apologise for the disruption this has caused.

Efficient service but disappointing…
Efficient service but disappointing return experience as no labels provided for return and the reason given for the 30% return charge was to pay for the transport ; poor communication.

great website! but shocking aftersales and dispatch
placed order paid for 1-2day delivery day 4 still not received order, contacted them advise problem sourcing 1 items, why i wasn't contacted to give me chance to source elsewhere?. advised pre 9am delivery would now be prioritised. bare in mind the factory shut down was the next day. items turned up just before 15.00hrs next day. useless no refund to fast delivery.

Unfortunately the item was out of stock and reordering would be too long. Ryan sorted out galvanised instead and they were delivered on the Monday. This worked out to be fine for our job.
