The company did a great job removing a large amount of rubbish after a renovation. The work was carried out promptly, and at a decent price. Will definitely be using them again.

I used VanDon removals for moving home recently. The guys managed to move everything within time and I think went beyond what was expected managing to get difficult items into my flat. Would use again for my next move

I first came across Ebrahim and his team a few years ago through work, so I already knew how good they were — which made choosing them for my own move an easy decision.

They were brilliant throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and Ebrahim even replied while he was overseas, which really shows his level of commitment.

On the day, the team were outstanding — professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. They quickly understood how I wanted items placed in each room and just got on with it. Their pace of work is impressive — especially given they are paid by the hour. They don’t slow things down; they stay focused and keep everything moving.

Although the move became more complicated and required two trips, they remained calm and solution-focused the entire time. There was no pressure at all — just practical support and clear options, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and hardworking removal team.

I cannot say the installation went smoothly. The installers sent were not professional in either conduct or workmanship. They spent over two hours arguing and incorrectly assembling the wardrobes on the floor, only to later realise they should have been assembled upright due to their size. This avoidable mistake significantly delayed the job, which ran well beyond the four hours I had already paid for.

Despite this, I was still asked to pay the full amount for time lost due to their own errors, which I found completely unfair. When I attempted to discuss this reasonably, Mr. Ishmael reacted unprofessionally, began disassembling the wardrobes, and behaved in a rude and dismissive manner.

More concerning, he entered a lady’s bedroom without permission, which was entirely inappropriate and required him to be told to leave. This showed a serious lack of etiquette, respect, and professionalism.

Overall, I feel very let down and deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. This experience does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from your company, and it would be difficult for me to recommend your services to friends or family, particularly in households where professionalism and respect are essential.

Really nice guys! They did an amazing job

Treefa organised a little team to come on a Sunday morning. They pruned, weeded and cleared my very overgrown garden. No fuss, just honest hard work. The garden is now ready for winter and it was a job I couldn’t face. I’d absolutely recommend this company. I was unsure at first as they also do removals… but they arrived with loads of gardening equipment. They tied up roses, cut back ivy and mowed the lawn. They cleaned the patio and took all of the garden foliage away for me. Amazing job - thank you.

Just used their moving service this morning . Staff were very friendly on time and reliable , had communication throughout the whole process and provided quality work for us, even though the job we needed done was quite a lot they managed to do it all under 30 mins. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.
