Bought a 69 plate VW Caddy van LO69CXC from Irfan, van delivered with no V5c so we couldn't tax it and therefore use it, customer was collecting the same day, no spare key provided, osr reflector in rear bumper broken too. Irfan was going to call me to sort out, heard nothing. I was given a number by Joe to call to tax the van with DVLA, no joy as it wasn't in our name, in the end had to go to the Post Office to tax, long wait there, had to pay £25.00 to finally get it taxed, absolute pain and a waste of my time in the first week of September.
We paid good money for the van, which to be fair is a lovely van, but feel let down with these items and have had no contact from Van Wise since.
Disappointing service as we have bought successfully from you guys before, and it was fine then.

We bought a Peugeot boxer with less then 20000 on the clock within a month the engine management light was on so i called up and was told to take it to a main dealer as its under warranty.Main dealer reported the light had been on previously and been reset ! not repaired or investigated just reset,i called van wise to be met with poor customer service and was told if a light comes on we would reset it ..what would you expect us to do ! 3 days and £567 later we have our van back.The engine management light was because the service due on the van was not completed so the oil had failed the sensor.We will never return to Van wise Harlow and if i could remove the review from Van wise Harlow website i would..
And the person you need to complain to will not take calls has to be email ....Total rubbish

I have purchased two vehicles from Vanwise now, with the first one they strategically placed one of their Vanwise stickers to hide damage on the rear door, it wasn't till I got it home and removed the sticker that I discovered it. They accused me of damaging the door, after a while they did eventually repair this reluctantly.
The most recent purchase was October last year, I went into their store and requested a long wheel base Peugeot Expert. They said they had one in stock and proceeded with the purchase. It became clear there was several defects with the vans steering column and doors not shutting. They took the van back to repair it. After having it for a day they said there was nothing they can do.
I also noticed a lot of Peugeot Experts on the road that seemed longer than mine, after a quick google I discovered that they had in fact sold me a short wheel base van, when I explicitly asked for a long wheel base. How can a company be called Van "wise" when they lack a basic understanding of the vans they are selling?
I contacted Vanwise immediately and got messed around for months with nonsense replies and sometimes no response at all. By this point despite all my efforts I had got no where and had become incredibly frustrated with the whole situation. We are now in May, eventually one of their stakeholders got in contact with me via email. He had a very aggressive and unprofessional approach to the situation with an excessive use of emojis, clearly he had just discovered this function, there is a time and a place, not whilst trying to resolve a issue caused by incompetent staff.
After a lot of back and forth they agreed to issue a refund but then refused to pay back the full amount on the vehicle, even though the vehicle was in the same condition, if not better condition as I had the door repaired and upgraded the security when I first got the van. Also in order for me to receive the refund they asked me to produce a VAT invoice which seemed odd, anyone in the same situation as this, who wasn't VAT registered would have lost an additional 20% on the thousands already lost.
Its clear this stakeholders job is to deal with situations like this and make sure their bottom line is in the green rather than value their customers. He knew exactly what to say to bully me into making a decision I was not happy with. This whole situation was a result of their negligence, yet I am the one who's had to pay for it, not to mention the stress this has caused.
How I was treated throughout this was despicable, I strongly advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Vanwise to rethink their choice, there are plenty of other dealerships out there who care about their customers and who have a good knowledge of the vehicles they are selling.

Please don't make the same mistakes I've made.
Bought a van from Vanwise Harlow in January.
15 minutes after driving away from the Garage, the engine management light came up.
I was asked to bring the van back all the way from London to Marlow.
I was told that the repairs would be completed in a couple of days.
Didn't have the van back until days later.
I was left to pay the cost of hiring and other expenses.
I've had several other issues with the vehicle after it's been returned.
Be very careful.

Just wanted you to know that since picking the van you've sold to me on 15/01/21 for almost £15000.00.
Please see list of repairs below
1) Add blue system repairs, carried out by EV Tech,company appointment by Vanwise.
It took 8 days on my expenses.
2) Securing unstable battery.
Carried out by the AA, just one day after the van has been returned from EV Tech.
3) Full service including 2 new tyres which were approaching the illegal limitations.
4) Timing belt recall
5) Fuel pipe replacement
6) ABS wire harness repairs
7)) Front shock Absorbers replacement.
The list goes on
I'm still waiting for an appointment from Vanwise to replace the matting which was covered up and disguised on the day I've collected the van.
I'm willing to hand deliver all documents as proof to a Marlow when it's convenient for you.
Also I've sent you an email.
I do hoped that you will find the time to reply.

Great service from start to finish. customer service at the highest level, even though my father is not an easy client, Aman Manocha and the other manager (sorry but I did not remember his name, very nice gentleman of Hungarian origin) spent as much time as we needed answering all questions and meeting our expectations. Brought two Vauxhall vivaros from them, was told over the phone they were A1 condition, when they were delivered I missed the people dropping them off, well were do I start, both vans had spray jobs both looked like a 3 year old had done them, runs everywhere, dust in the paint, over spray, used or all silicone on the joints so the paint had bleached, sent one back had to wait over two weeks to get it back was supposed to serviced there hadn’t been done to neither, was told to get a quote for the other van as I had a body repair company by us, they refused the quote so had it alter three times and still refused, van came back not really any better and still no service, so they said they would pay me what it would cost them to get the spray job done, would pay for the oil and the filters but not the labour, what a load of cowboys, things missing on van had to moither to get them, took 11 months to get the V5 after about 20 emails. Thought they would be a decent company till the vans turned up and the after sales were a joke.

Paid 19k for a van online , supposed to have been serviced ?, no book stamps & paid £199 for AA check ?, van delivered , oil light on , service indicator light on & low fuel warning, not a great customer experience & when I questioned the delivery of the Van got told to bring it back for a service & check over, I wasn’t prepared to drive nearly 209 miles & lose a days pay for incompetence of Vanwise, buying process & delivery was good but I don’t understand how a vehicle was allowed to be delivered without the basics been checked over , & been told the vehicle had service history when it hadn’t. Would think twice about using Vanwise in future to buy our vans.

We've attempted to buy three vans from Vanwise, the first one was apparently having warranty work completed at the main VW dealer, that went on for 10/12 weeks, never once did we apply pressure we just wanted the van, we never did get it. The second one, a 19 plate was in a shocking state body and preparation wise, looked like it had been repaired by a man with a trowel and 4" paint brush, we rejected this one. The third was sort of alright and we've carried on with it, however after 4 months, countless phone calls and emails we still have no logbook. Then there's the £199 fee for breakdown, Guardex and check, just a con to extract another £199, vehicles poorly cleaned, my 12 year old could do better, no evidence of any Guardex and don't need a warranty as the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer. We buy 150 vans a year and I've never received such slack, ill disciplined service, we had a few emails from a manager/director who used vocabulary of a surfing dude, laughable. Steer clear.

The salesman who helped me decide was excellent very helpful and informative , answered all my questions could not ask for better help , so Thank you i would recommend this branch to anyone who asked me about a van .
