Fantastic store, delivery super quick great price and product

My friend placed two orders for the 36 pound triple pack, which you cancelled. So I ordered it for him, and we received an email confirming delivery. My package is missing. My friend was charged for both cancelled orders, and only one arrived. So we paid 36 pounds three times, and only one arrived.
