Ignored my cancellation request and lied about shipment status
I placed an order and realized within minutes I had selected the wrong nicotine level. I contacted support by email at 1:44 PM, again at 2:04 PM, and by text at 5:05 PM the same day requesting a cancellation. Three separate attempts. Zero response.
Three days later I received a one line reply stating the order had already shipped and could not be cancelled. I checked the USPS tracking number they provided. Status: Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. The package had not been handed to USPS at the time they told me it had shipped. That is a documented false statement.
I filed a chargeback with my bank the same day. My bank accepted the dispute immediately upon reviewing the timestamped correspondence. VapeJuice then shipped the order AFTER I had already notified them of the chargeback filing.
Only after all of this did they offer a refund, contingent on the package being returned to sender. A resolution that could have taken 30 seconds on May 1st turned into a multi-day dispute involving my bank, documented false communication, and a formal chargeback process.
If your order goes smoothly you may never encounter this. But if anything goes wrong, do not expect a response, do not expect honesty, and do not expect them to honor a timely cancellation request. Have your bank's dispute line ready.
