Ordered 10 disposable vapes on 28/3/24.
Nothing received by 8/4/24 - emailed the company.
Received reply very quickly, "we'll look into it".
Received a package on 9/4/24 - with 3 vapes in it, not 10.
Emailed the company again.
Again, quick reply, "we'll look into it".
Still nothing by 12/4/24. Emailed again asking for a refund. No reply.
17/4/24 - emailed yet again - where is my refund.
Reply again - "sorry we thought we'd done it".
Today (22/4/24) and no refund, no communication. I give up, guess I'll have to ask for a chargeback from mastercard.
I don't think this "company" is a sham, it's just clearly run by a hapless amateur. Avoid at all costs.

I made an order in 24/11/2023. I have not received my order. From my account I have sent a message requesting info as order still says processing. I have emailed as well still no response. I will be doing a chargeback with my bank as this smells like a scam. Also after seeing these other reviews it seems necessary!!

I've just noticed that I'm not the only one that has received a product that is 2 years out of date and deemed useless.
It's been nearly a month and still no joy of my refund I was promised.

I placed an order & received a product that expired more than a year ago. Their customers service is a disgrace. I don’t recommend buying from this shop.

Great company and the owner took lots of time explaining the products to me and suggesting which ones would be suitable as a newbie to vaping. Thank you and will be purchasing again.
