Only sent 3 of 7 items and no refund

I’ve been ordering from them for a long while now. My recent order that I placed in July 2025 is still processing. I ordered 7 items and have received 3 of my items. I’ve sent 2 emails inquiring on if I’ll receive the rest of the order or get a refund. They finally responded today that I received my order and it has been fulfilled when clearly if they looked at my order they have stated it’s still processing and partially fulfilled. I was a loyal customer but no longer will they have my business after being so dismissive and keeping my money for products I’ve never received.

processing for 8 days with no response

I ordered 8 days ago and it still says processing. I have wrote them 4 emails and no one will respond. I have ordered 6 times and 4/6 times have been a nightmare. still waiting for a response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Ordered from vape royalty and the shipping company had a problem and returned to sender after numerous emails they have still not responded. Cannot get an answer when calling and have not been issued a refund as of yet. Do not recommend

Ordered over a month ago same as…

Ordered over a month ago same as everyone else shows prosecing. Many emails and calls no response. Went to my bank to dispute charges. Bank said they never took money out of my account. I used a debit card just letting everyone know. They could at least let customers know what's going on.

Would not recommend.

This is honestly upsetting to write as I’ve been a frequent customer of Vape Royalty for well over 3 years now, placing orders every month or so. I’ve had the one off issues here and there with my package or order and they are normally very quick to respond and fix the issue. However, I placed my last order on 7/24/25, a month ago. Payment was taken on 7/28, and my order has still not been updated from processing. I’ve emailed this several times with 0 response. The lack of communication and action on their side has forced me to file a chargeback with my bank. Severely disappointed and will not be using them any longer.

Scam company

Scam company! I ordered juice and coils and they were sent about a month later. The order was incomplete and also incorrect. Nobody from customer service has answered my emails.

YEARS of perfect performance and customer service-- going radio silent means something bad has happened to them

I and thousands of others have been loyal customers of Vape Royalty for YEARS. I am astounded by how quickly people have turned on them when obviously something bad has happened to them. This is a reliable company who has a long history of being reliable, highly responsive, and very responsible with their customer orders. If all of a sudden they have gone radio silent, that means something has happened to them. I don't think Vape Royalty is some physical shop with multiple employees, or if it is, then it is a warehouse type deal and only the owner has access to the website and email address while the workers just handle packing and shipping orders. If something happened to the owner (who normally handles the business' online presence), then the workers who help pack and ship orders and all of that can't exactly log into the owner's email and website management software to respond to customers or send out a notice to all customers. I think something bad has happened to the owner and all of his or her workers were just instantly out of a job and went home. I understand being upset and emailing them and complaining about it on Reddit, but absolutely destroying any possibility of this business ever having a decent rating on something as permanent as the BBB is really messed up. The owner freaking has a heart attack, gets hit by a car, or gets thrown in jail, and all of you folks who have had perfect customer service for years just immediately destroy their BBB score. Gross behavior.

Poor service

Placed an order on 7/25/25. Tried contacting through email which is the only way you can. No response. Guess I’ve just lost my money. If this is a legit company they need to step up there game.

After a month of waiting and no response to my emails, they got back to me and explained they had an issue while moving to a new warehouse that impacted the fulfillment process. The order arrived today.

Expired Vape Juice

I placed an order for two bottles of Vape juice. After a week went by it was still showing as not shipped. I started contacting them to see what the status was. After 2 weeks of not shipping contacted them and told them to cancel the order. The order was sent out the very next day and they told me I must have missed a notification email that it was shipped. It arrived and I checked the expiration date and it was expired I have contacted them several times and they have not returned any of my messages

Horrible experience

Did not get a confirmation email about my order in processing or shipping information. Did not receive my full order. Have try to contact them 5 times and nothing. Have been getting charged 7 dollars for signature shipping and orders not sent that way. Had issue in December with missing order and only got order resent because of order not sent right way. Now they added 2.50 for order protection or they will not assist in finding what u order all while not sending right way

Placed order on 7/16

Placed order on 7/16, money left my account..got an email saying my order was being processed shortly thereafter. It's now August 8th, and processing is how my order is still being listed. Have sent emails to every department they have listed and haven't gotten a single reply back. Did some looking around on reddit and Google and it seems there's a whole lot of people who ordered after the first week in July who have been ripped off by either being sent broken items, incorrect items or just nothing at all and have all gotten radio silence from customer support. Short version - stay far away unless you enjoy giving your money away for nothing.

SHADY

I have been ordering with these guys for years, and they have always been great.... until recently. I have no idea what's going on, but they are just completely ignoring my emails. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, and it's still showing "processing" on the site. But yet, they had no issue taking my money right when I placed the order. The whole thing just seems really shady now, and it's disappointing that they can't even take the time to reply to emails.

I would understand if they're super backed up, or are having staffing issues... but the very least they could do is communicate that. Take 2 minutes to send me an update, that's all it would take.

If you're considering ordering something off the site, don't.

Prepare to never receive your order

I've ordered from this company for years and had excellent experiences, but I placed an order on 7/16/25 (it is now 8/7/25) and it is still showing that it's processing. I've sent 3 emails over the past few weeks trying to get in contact with them and have had no response at all. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered there 3 weeks ago 7/14 to be exact and it has been processing since! Sent multiple emails and no reply to any of them. I dont know what happened with this company been ordering here for years now and never had an issue i cant get my money back im very frustrated about it. Please never buy from this site they have become scammers
