Similar to recent reviews I ordered directly through their web site as they were out of stock on ebay, that was 8 days ago, money has left my account but my order status is still awaiting fulfillment. I have left 6 messages on the website chat and sent two direct emails which they say "We aim to respond to your ticket within 6 hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday." but no replies so far. Today there is a new message on thier chat bot "Thanks for your message! VGE is in the process of change of ownership. We understand some customers are awaiting orders and we are looking into this. We'll follow up via the contact info you provided" Avoid disappointment and loss of funds dont order from thier website

Ordered through eBay from them many times, looked they were winding down there eBay presence. Ordered direct from their website, received confirmation email, money taken, no further communication or delivery of order.
Tried contacting on email, no response.
Looks like their gone, but someone is still pocketing cash from orders.
Avoid!!

Have had a 4-weekly subscription for maybe 5 or 6 years with Vape Shoreditch - now Vape Good E-liquid.

During that time the service has been faultless. Vape liquid arrived reliably and on-time - responded to emails promptly etc.

HOWEVER - my November delivery did not arrive. Did not respond to emails querying this. December delivery did not arrive - although they took the money. More emails sent and no reply received.

Have now cancelled subscription and alerted my bank - asking them to decline any further payments. Have also raised a dispute with my bank about the Nov/Dec payments.

Now a very unhappy ex-customer. No vape liquid, no replies, but money still taken. Suggest you avoid this company. Seems to have been taken over by a new director who is either incompetent or dishonest.

Shame - it was all going so well...

I paid for my vapes. Received an email saying it was dispatched but 2 weeks and many many emails I'm still waiting. They don't answer my emails and there's no other way to contact them.

This is not a review for the website but for the 50/50 juice and I would class myself as an amateur vaper.

Ordered 10x 10ml bottles via ebay. I got the fruity and mint pack. So far tried iced strawberry and banana and I can say there was nothing I enjoyed. Weak flavor, almost synthetic and the worst thing of all is that every time I vape my throat goes really dry and makes me cough. So far I also tried Decang and IVG and I can say they are superior by far.

I will amend my rating if the other flavors turn out to be better although I doubt it.

What the hell went wrong? Clearly stop caring or maintaining their website, use to randomly subscribe to them years ago. Decided to go back after a long time and buy one of my old favourite liquids. My order was around £32 but I guess there website decided to charge my card like 30 times for the same order. You do the maths? My account was smashed with a £960 charge on like two bottles. A week before payday so my bank was left overdrawn without a penny. But here's the real kicker, I brought two 60ml bottles and they sent me 1x60ml and 1x10ml so I paid over £900 for 70ml of juice. They sorted out the mistake but I was left with overdraft fees.

Company has a sneaky "subscribe to" service with the initial order you place with them and you are automatically subscribed to receive what you initially ordered each month, once a month.

Well I understood that and made sure I wasn't. Upon completion of my order I received an email confirming my order, etc and also a second email confirming I WASN'T to be subscribed to their monthly service. Great. Next month rolls round and I'm billed and receive my order again. Not great.

Emailed back and forth with screen shots as proof and was denied free return postage and a refund as they were at fault, not I but nothing was done. Partial refund or I front the postage costs.

Should have done a chargeback and not been such a door mat for them. Would not recommend to anyone and I even actively go as far as to discourage friends and family from purchasing from them if by some unfortunate luck they come across Vape Shoreditch.

Avoid. You can get much better eliquid at a better price elsewhere.

A very good company, great juice particularly the "pud'n" range a must for desert flavour loving vapers. Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for.
