Servicio de postventa: sinvergüenzas. Uno de los vapeadores estaba defectuoso….Me tuvieron días con mándame fotos, mándame video, mándame factura…. Te devolvemos el importe, espera que si, espera que ya casi está….. Simplemente esperan a que te canses. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, unos getas.

Poca trasparenza…
Sul sito risulta spedizioni gratuita con acquisti €30... ma non dice solo in Portogallo. E se vuoi acquistare con Paypal c'è una maggiorazione del 3% oltre le spese di spedizione. Spero che possano cambiare e che sia gratuito la spedizione da 30€ anche per il resto d'Europa e che venga abolita ta tassazione del 3% su Paypal.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that we do not currently offer PayPal as a payment method in our shop. This makes us wonder if your review might have been intended for another store.
Regarding shipping, we strive to be as transparent as possible about our policies. Free delivery on purchases over €25 applies to Spain, as we rely on DHL and MRW for transportation. For the rest of Europe, shipping fees are determined by the carriers we work with, as we do not have our own fleet of transport. To keep our product prices competitive, we have to manage costs carefully, which means we depend on third-party logistics providers.
We understand that free shipping across Europe and lower additional fees would be ideal, and we are constantly exploring ways to improve our services. Your feedback is invaluable in this process, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we work to enhance your shopping experience.

I purchased this VaporFi vape. It was shipped to me in less than a week and it’s in perfect condition and works perfectly. It also came with an extra coil. I’ve read a lot of reviews about this website and this company that are absolutely horrendous. I have the opposite experience, my product arrived Drag red vape in less than a week. The communication was fantastic. They kept me updated on where my shipment was. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I am very very impressed with this company and I will definitely be using it again, I’m not quite sure what happened with all the other people that left horrible I’m sorry for what they all went through but in my case, it was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for quick efficient shipping And great communication skills, product sealed inbox as it should be and works perfectly!!! I don’t usually write reviews, but because there were so many negative reviews on here. I thought people should know that it’s not always a negative experience. Maybe I just got lucky but I’m very grateful. The price was phenomenal cheaper than going into the store and buying it thank you for a great experience and a great product and great delivery, I hope this helps people out there
