Beautiful Jewellery, Warm & Attentive Staff

I recently went into Vashi in Covent Garden to casually browse for a gift. I was a little apprehensive as I looked a bit disheveled after a day at work, and usually do not feel comfortable in high-end stores.

However, the sales associate who greeted me at the door was warm and personable and I immediately felt at ease upon entering.

Whilst browsing, the second associate who approached me was so helpful and friendly, and then offered a tour of all that the store has to offer. I was made to feel so welcome despite the fact I had only popped in with no intention of buying on that visit.

The jewellery itself is beautiful, but watching the craftsmen/women at work, was fascinating and definitely convinced me to make a purchase - I'll be back for more pieces soon!

What a beautiful shop

What a beautiful shop. From start to finish my experience with Vashi has been very impressive. Mitchell who served me was not only very friendly and personable but gave some great suggestions and recommendations for wedding bands based on the look of my engagement ring. I felt comfortable and relaxed, which I was not expecting. Can't wait to go back.

Engagement Ring

I first visited Vashi, Canary Wharf in February this year, looking to buy an engagement ring. Upon visiting the Canary Wharf store, I met with Vitalija who was very helpful from the moment I met her. I had no knowledge about engagement rings or what to look for when purchasing one and Vitalija took the time to explain everything to me.

I then went away, took some time myself to review potential rings and asked a lot of questions which Vitalija was more than happy to answer for me.

Overall, I had a great experience with Vitalija and the wider Canary Wharf, Vashi team and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring or any jewellery for that matter to contact the team at Vashi.

From the moment we walked through the doors and met Kristina we knew we had picked the right place to get our next bit of jewellery. All our ideas were listened to and turned into an exquisite design, we’ve been down to view the diamond, see the workshop and I can’t wait to see the finished product.

Vashi provide a fabulous 1-2-1 service and an incredible product

My second time buying from Vashi and both times have been brilliant experiences. I bought a sapphires and diamonds eternity ring during the lockdown with online and telephone service. No problems at all and delivered straight to our home.That ring is incredibly special, so much so it became an engagement ring.
So we recently visited Covent Garden store. Where we had our after hours appointment with Daniel. What a gem.
We were well received and taken past the love wall down to private area to discuss our requirements. Full discussion on the spec for the wedding band. A GnT and champagne whilst and getting the ring sized up and advice on style cut and shape all very romantic. The whole experience was relaxed with no pressure sales.
We have purchased and Vashi are also reducing the size of the previous ring so they sit comfortably together and servicing to bring back all the sparkle. she will look a million dollars at the wedding.
The tour of how the jewellery is made by the craftsmen and women is a wonderful learning experience, I had no idea how much passion and time goes in. The hand craft is unbelievable until you see it first hand.

I don’t mind waiting for the quality, I know it will be perfect.

Vashi provide a service that I haven’t experienced elsewhere and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience from start to finish

My partner and I strolled into Vashi to look at wedding bands with the intention to just browse then we met Mihaela and were blown away by her kindness and passion. The whole experience from being offered cocktails, seeing the machines and cleaning my partners engagement ring made for a smooth and pleasant journey. I'd highly recommend this store and would come back in a heartbeat.

Nearly 10 weeks and I don’t know where my ring is!

I wrote a glowing review earlier on the 13th of April which was based on my experience at ordering a ring. However, post that my experience has been nothing less than disappointing and frustrating. They make a huge song and dance about giving you your ring on the exact date you want it by, giving them at least 4 weeks time to produce it. It’s been just over 9 weeks and I still have no idea when to expect the ring. They don’t even bother with keeping you updated. It’s only ever been me reaching out to them to obtain updates. On occasions they’ve promised a call back with an update but still don’t. I was given a placeholder ring on the date I wanted the ring by because that date held a personal/emotional reason for me. But I had no say in choosing the placeholder which as a result is cheaper and in a style that I dislike. The one star is only because of the placeholder otherwise it’d be a zero from me.

From a company that claims to provide excellent service, my experience has been quite appalling.

Update on 21st June - What I couldn’t achieve in close to 10 weeks, a threat of cancelling the order and a poor trustpilot review achieved in less than 48 hours! After writing the above review, I received my ring in less than 48 hours. Not only that, Vashi upgraded the metal to platinum too, as a goodwill gesture. The ring is beautiful too. However, this positive experience has been completely marred by the customer services team. We’ve been nagged daily to update this review. I was the one dealing with them and the one who wrote the review but despite my fiancé communicating this to them, they kept ringing him. I understand that these reviews are important but where was all this promptness in communication when I was trying to obtain updates from you?! This hasn’t left an overall good taste in our mouths and I’m unsure if I’d be buying anything from Vashi again or recommending them to a friend.

Wedding rings

My partner and I visited the convent garden store a couple of weeks ago to choose our rings and had a really lovely experience. Shascha took us downstairs to one of the private rooms where we had some bubbly and chose our wedding rings. It was really special and I even managed to get one of my other rings cleaned quickly while we were there.

Gave an engagement ring for repair…

Gave an engagement ring for repair (second time as it broke straight away after the first repair). Because of the situation, I've been told it'd be ready in a week, it's been three weeks now. I don't mind the wait, but no one from the branch ever sent an email or gave a call to update me when the ring would be ready. I had to call and email multiple times myself to get updates. Every time I was promised "it would be done in few days", which it wasn't, but every few days I had to call again and again to hear the same thing. I'd rather much appreciate to be told you don't know how long it would take rather than giving me a date and me getting worried when its past that date and I haven't heard anything from you.
