If you can get some one to answer the phone, that would be a miracle. You have to jump through hoops just to get your medications. Do they even care....NO
I would never recommend this company to anyone. It may be cheaper but they dont help with doctores or meds. If you need a specialist ya gotta drive 3 hrs and they still dont help. My husbands company has had many many complaints about them and they are switching to a more reliable company. They even tried to assign a nurse over me to make decisions for me so that i dont cost them anything. Sure, they will take your money but if you have a hospital stay, your screwd! Be smart and steer clear. Its a fraud.

Had significant damage from Hurricane Ian. Took 19 months before claim was completed - but every step of the process was painful. Initially, the company sent a third part that said no significant damage and therefore no further action. Ultimately, it was found that there was extensive damage that was covered under the policy. Every decision took significant time and effort to reach agreement. Even when the company hired their own engineers and specialists, when it came time to pay, there was disagreement on the findings which resulted in debate and negotiations. Calls and emails went weeks without being returned. Very bad experience and often bordered on bad faith practices.
Teresa Guy, who managed my claim, was kind, respectful and professional. Her approach was transparent and efficient. I am quite please and grateful for the experience.

We DO NOT like Vault at all! Constant issues with coverage. Making changes is nearly impossible without aggravation and frustration. All communication must be done through your insurance broker. Furthermore, there is no online platform to confirm your coverage and verify information. Can’t wait to be rid of Vault!

Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.

We have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company, so we ended up with a huge mold problem. it is now 12/19/2023. The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid, and the restoration company has NOT been paid. The restoration work is stopped because they aren't getting paid. Estimate was submitted in early August - it's now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate, or called them to review it. I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week. complete run around
