I was looking for the perfect thin small wallet and this is IT! Doesn’t have all the gadgets like, pull strap for credit cards or metal clip for cash! Very simple and love it! Only thing would change is make the inner wall that covers cash was little taller. Don’t like anyone seeing my cash when I open my wallet.

I ordered a "cognac" Notting Hill wallet a couple of years ago. I wanted a small (minimalist) wallet, but also wanted to be able carry 5-6 creditcards, insurance cards, frequent dining cards and my drivers license.

This wallet fits the bill! It is small, allows me carry what I want, and the zippered enclosure keeps my money secure.

Fast forward to a week ago. The 'pull tab' that releases the credit cards failed. I wrote to customer service, explained my situation, included my original order detail and a photo. Not a day later, they offered to send a replacement at their cost! And they shipped it overnight. THAT is excellent customer service and makes me a lifelong customer!

I ordered the CITY wallet as I was advised this could hold a £50 GBP note UNFOLDED. This is not accurate and I have attempted to initiate a return based on the back of this only to be ignored (& they reject any return that hasn’t been authorised prior)

EDIT: I have since returned the item and received a full refund so for this I have amended to 2 star as I am dissatisfied I had to pay for the return based on their error.

I'm frustrated and frankly quite disappointed. I've been eagerly awaiting my order for over a month now, only to be met with a series of letdowns. The delivery date shifted twice, and despite it supposedly arriving yesterday, there's no sign of it. According to the tracking information, it claims to have been delivered, but here I am, empty-handed. The wallet might look amazing, but I can't vouch for it because it's nowhere to be found.

I own 2 of the Notting Hill. One in brown & one in black. LOVE them both. Exquisite craftsmanship. Soft supple leather. Will definitely stay a customer.

Wallet came on time, and was exactly what I wanted.

We ordered a CHELSEA blue wallet and a MANHATTAN brown wallet, and the price-to-quality ratio is amazing, both are made of quality leather that feels nice in hand, fits cards well, and are not bulky or large, just what we were looking for.
Most problems came from CHELSEA wallet, after 4 months of use the main pocket got stretched, but that wasn't an issue since we have many cards, but unfortunately, the biggest problem was with the pull tab that is supposed to take cards out, it snapped. We then contacted customer support who promptly fixed all our issues and made everything up. All in all the product is amazing and even when any issues came up, Vault Skin was incredibly fast and polite in resolving everything. Definitely a place where we will be ordering from again.
