Excellent craftsmanship
Excellent craftsmanship. I loved the wallet phone crossover, but unfortunately, it was a little small, the return process was the best I have ever seen. This company is TOPNOTCH. I kept the vault card because I know it will help keep my personal data safe. I love this company!

Over a month since ordering - no wallet
Over a month since ordering and the wallet is still stuck in shipping...
Update: the wallet arrived eventually and I like it, but the shipping experience was very bad. Shipping is part of the customer experience. Use cheap shipping service, and your customers will have poor experience..

I eventually received a nice new wallet as expected; however, the first wallet that was sent was obviously used. Very disappointing that you would try to push a used wallet as a new one. Actually quite embarrassing, if it were not for the fact I really like the Chelsea I would no longer do business with you.

I love how slim it is and also love the colours (so many companies only make black and brown - boring!) Its really useful and the pull tab at the top to access cards is a game changer!
