Mishandled Booking
we visited your Pokhran Road No. 2 Thane office to book a Dubai & Abu Dhabi trip from September 8th to 12th for two adults and two children. We were informed that only four seats remained, and we requested that they be booked immediately. We have provided all details, passports, PAN etc. Sales rep has recorded wrong details, upon reporting immediately, she told will rectify, then amount was wrong, she told will rectify. Then she asked for addl charges, which were not there earlier, stating flimsy reasons. Then she sought 1 day time to sort out the issues and booking. However, no response from her. This situation reflects a failure and negligence on the part of the dealing officer, resulting in our booking not being handled promptly.
We are utterly disappointed with the service from Veena World. This experience has not only caused us to cancel our holiday plans but has also left our children deeply disappointed. Experienced worst service at the booking itself.
