Very , very bad experience with Vega product , poor & low quility product & no good policy for repair if by chance client loose bill after one month also thet don't give service .

I am delighted with the Indian eggplant I ordered. They are not easy to find. All of the ice packs in the box were completely melted and the box was quite warm on arrival. The herbs I ordered were wilted. I also ordered walnuts and cashews which turned out to be out of stock so I was refunded for them. I was disappointed that the nuts were not available.

The fruit arrived green and as it started to ripen they started to show signs of bruising and mold. I emailed customer service with pictures of the fruit and they only offered a partial refund or a replacement.
Update - Vega Produce did give me a full refund....The papaya was as I stated and started getting moldy within a week of when I received the shipment.

I am satisfied of jackfruit you send it to me but if jackfruit is bigger size is better because jackfruit is my favorite fruit. The lychee is okay but the box is spill out because the box is flimsy and I hope next time the box is securely tight.

I am sorry to say I got the order but there was no Plantains in the box, I had order 5. A lot of the malanga were a lot of tiny pieces.

Had a problem with item but customer representative took care of me.

Many of the same items are shipped month after month. We were hoping for a bit more variety. Also, it would be nice to have a list of what is included in the box and preparation ideas.

Got my roots (yautia and boniato) very quickly and in great shape! Fresh and fast. Will definitely do business with them again!

Mail was slow. As soon as I let Vega Produce know, My items were at my door the next day.

The produce arrive on time, the only issue was that one of the gel pack spill all over the produce.

Wonderful customer service and delicious quenepas! I haven’t had them since I was a kid and after finding Vega produce I ordered immediately and was very happy. Quick delivery and delicious fruit.

The quenepas were over ripped and breadfruit was unbridled. They needs to send out better quality of produce. Will buy again If they take actions on these issues.

When I finally received Eve my produce The ice was melted And the produce was brwn And hat. I had to throw it away.

Delivery was on time.
