I wanna retract my last review and give this site a review it deserves. I was upset about winning 6k and not receiving it, but was emailed that the site was in demo mode, sure enough I was never charged for any package I had purchased. I believe this site has great potential and they owned up and admitted where they were wrong on their end, this casino doesn’t deserve 2.4 stars, so for any new players reading these, this is coming from someone who won a lot when they first opened, but even I can admit they weren’t lying because I was never charged.

Ok I think this site just had problems when they first came out. They had people thinking we were making purchases but we were not. I just used the daily login for a few days and won enough to cash out 50 dollars. I got it in like a day and never deposited. So this is a legit casino that needs to be taken off the blacklists. They are a good and maybe great casino we will see. I knew though by just the way the site looked and the providers that they were maybe telling the truth. Well they are up and running and cash outs are for real. Look at all my bad reviews and you will see this is real. I wasn’t going to deposit until I seen the successful withdrawal. Now I am definitely going to and keep playing here.

i have to say. its true. i got the $50. the making a turn around and the games are still winning. im going to deposit now. the payout is from signup dollar. like 2 or 3.bucks. i like this vegas casino. seems similar to sheesh.

I won $80 from the free plays I got, I think it was .50. I cashed out on Friday the 13th and got it today which is Monday. I've seen so many bad reviews I didnt think I would get squat. But I did, maybe I'm just lucky? Who knows. Customer service has been great too. I think yall are high.lol

The site appeared to be legit at first. That was until I put in for a redemption of $270 on February 17th and I have yet to receive it. Haven’t been able to login for over a week now so I’m guessing it’s a total scam. Don’t waste your time.

I'm not even sure what happened. I made purchases, won and put in for a redemption, it just sat pending and now today my account has been reset. I don't see any charges from them. All I can think is that they are either collecting credit card data or don't have their shoot together.

New player, site looks legit as others, buy the $20 pack for $50 and won $100. Submit my verification and until today was waiting for about 2 weeks only to login today and all my account has been reset. No pending redeemtions and my info is gone. Glad I only put $20. Definitely a scam.

If i could give it a negative star rating i would. At first it seems like a good site,they use a template very similar to another with a very simlilar name.....but dont be fooled,this is absolutely fake. For about a month I played with no issues,claimimg daily bonus,spinning said bonus with some success. Thought it was legit so i bought a package for 20 and got 50.....and then it began. I can still collect dailies,spin for gc,but every/any slot I pick says "currently unavailable,please try later or choose another slot". A dozen or so emails and a few messages on insta with no response what-so-ever. Cannot believe they are able to get away with such blatant robbery.

Edit: I appreciate the response on here but I’m definitely still skeptical. I had already closed my account but if I can reopen it and get the redemption I would definitely play some more and change the review rating. I emailed support but since support never responded the first time around I thought an edit on here might get a response. And that part of not being charged is absolutely not true. I have a email confirming the charge. Please help Vegas bonanza!!!

Awful experience so far. Bought the initial promo package. I have a redemption ready to redeem but it’s been saying my kyc verification has been pending for like 2 weeks now. I’ve emailed multiple times. I think it’s a scam. I’ll update if anything changes. Luckily I didn’t put too much in but still it’s the principle of the thing. Avoid at all costs players!

I logged back into vegas bonanza and all the daily bonius i had been collecting and unable to use over time was gone....

Unable to play any games none of them will load. I have sent multiple requests to Vegas Bonanza and getting no response. I can get my daily bonus but I cannot play any single game it all says not available at this time so either they're shutting down or something's going on with it..

Been waiting 10 days for a $100 redemption. I have emailed them going on a dozen times and never gotten a reply back from these CROOKS !!! AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST !! they will rip you off and you dont want them having your personal info !! This sucks !! they sent me an email to the same. BUT my card WAS charged !! and they refused until about a week ago to even answer any of my support emails. I wouldnt risk putting my $$ into this site ! I have statements from my bank to the contrary of what they say. AND NOW, IM LOCKED OUT OF ALL MY ACCOUNTS. TELLING ME MY PHONE IS ATTACHED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT
