Fun games. Questionable Fairness.
Fun games! However, after playing the Treasure Flip many times with the same results each time it feels like a gimmick which makes me hesitant to fully trust the fairness of the actual games. Everytime I play the Treasure Flip I only flip Gold Coins - never Sweeps Coins despite varying patterns which when all tiles are revealed are always surrounding the tiles that I chose .

Hello,
Thanks for the detailed feedback. We’re glad you’re enjoying the games, and we also appreciate you explaining what you’ve noticed with Treasure Flip.
Each round has its own outcome, and the choices made during one round do not determine the outcome of another. The position of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins is part of the result revealed for that individual round.
If you’d like to take a closer look at your recent Treasure Flip results, Support can review the specific rounds and provide more information based on the recorded game history.

Hello,
We appreciate you sharing this. We know it can be disappointing when Free Plays haven’t produced the winnings you were hoping for. Playing smaller amounts changes the amount at stake, but each round still has its own outcome.
If you’d like to check particular Free Play results, Support can review the relevant game history with you.
