It helped me alot. Iv never had the issue i had and no matter what I used it didn't help, my husband finds your soaps and it works and helps within the week so thank you.

So far it's stopped the spreading. Only used it a couple of times.

I bought this soap once. They kept my bank details without my permission. The following month they sent me again and charged me for £39. The soap doesn’t do anything, its doesn’t work. The payment is very difficult to cancel and there is no number to contact too. Afterwords, After I research this Chinese product soap, on the reviews, so many people have the same problem like mine. They kept sending them the soap and taking money from them every month. They also said that the soap doesn’t do anything.
Now they try to block my review. I am not sure all the good reviews is genuine.

I placed an order on the 02/09/26, order dispatched, due to be delivered by EVRI. Who Instead of trying to deliver simply returned it with no exclamation. I contacted Veloma customer services who simply told me to reorder.

The item has been back with Veloma since the 15/09/26, despite several emails asking for a refund i have had no response, I've had lots of emails encouraging me to order more though.

Iv used it on my head and my scalp seemed to be less itchy.

I have been suffering with jock itch and I needed something that would help, Veloma soap has eased the itching very well, hoping it will cure it altogether. Thank you guys!!

I've been using the veloma soap for about 4 weeks and have had a major improvement with my jock itch condition in a short time. I've just ordered another bar of soap because this has worked better than any over the counter creams or prescription medications which I've used in the past. I've had this condition for over a year and have wasted a lot of money on doctors appointments and medicines, so it's a big relief to have finally found an effective treatment and I'm confident that the condition will be completely healed after a few more weeks. Title: No Refund, No Response – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am extremely disappointed with Veloma.

I purchased soap from this company, but I did not knowingly agree to any recurring subscription or ongoing purchases. Despite this, payments were taken from my bank account for three consecutive months.

I contacted Veloma more than two weeks ago to request a cancellation of the recurring payments and a full refund of the disputed transactions. To this day, I have received absolutely no response and no refund.

I find this unacceptable. I have made a genuine effort to resolve this matter directly with the company, but my emails have been ignored.

Veloma, I am still waiting for a response, confirmation that all recurring payments have been cancelled, and a full refund of the disputed payments.

I will update this review if this matter is resolved.

The product is great and really effective, but buying one bar in isolation may not guarantee long term results

Money has gone out of my accounting August 15 th 2026 order # 115676 the amount of 101 dollars for 5 Veloma bars of soap and the soap hasn’t arrived. I have try to contact them give or six times for them to send the soap out or refund me. I have had no response from them at all, it seem like they like to steel money of people

I bought this Chinese product, its scam me. I don’t subscribe and yet they send me another one following the month. They kept my bank details and charge me agsin the following month. its very difficult to cancel it.
The soap doesn’t work, it doesn’t do anything. Apparently if you read the reviews, so many people having the same experience as me, so it scam!.

Like others I’ve tried the creams & spray it works for a min then it’s comes right back.. I’ve had this issue since a teen from swim class & so far this product has shown results i ordered the 3pak to start with & the itching has calm down as well as that build up between the toes..

I suffer from Sjorgrens, it has helped my skin greatly.
My husband has been bedridden since Feb 2026 after becoming septic. The soap has kept his skin clear and free from fungal issues since waking up. Great product.

I have only given 4 stars as the bar of soap hasn’t lasted 30 days.
The bag makes it very bubbly but I think contributes to it being used up more quickly.

The treatment seemed to be on track with my feet feeling much softer, less cracked within the first couple of weeks but I can’t confirm whether it would have cleared the athletes foot within the 30 days. Sorry.
