absolutely terrible.. last about 1 week and then stop working.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the above product, which I purchased approximately seven months ago and which has now developed serious structural and safety defects.

As clearly shown in the attached photographs, the product has suffered:

Severe battery swelling
Separation of the outer casing
Exposure of internal battery components
Structural deformation rendering the device unsafe to handle or use
This is not cosmetic damage and not the result of misuse. The device has been used normally and in accordance with its intended purpose. The failure appears to be internal battery degradation, which presents a fire, explosion, and personal safety risk.

BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
Durable
Safe
A power bank of this type is reasonably expected to last significantly longer than seven months. The condition of this product demonstrates a clear breach of Sections 9, 10, and 11 of the Act.

Furthermore, the nature of the failure raises concerns under product safety legislation, as swollen lithium-ion batteries are a known fire hazard.

REQUIRED REMEDY
I am formally requesting one of the following remedies, to be confirmed in writing:

A full refund, or
A replacement of equal or higher quality, or
Another appropriate remedy compliant with UK consumer law
Please confirm how you intend to resolve this matter within 14 days of the date of this letter.

NOTICE OF ESCALATION
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the stated timeframe, I will proceed without further notice to:

Report the matter to Trading Standards
Escalate via my payment provider
Initiate formal legal action if necessary
Submit evidence to relevant product safety authorities

Got their Apple watch charger. All it does is heat up the watch, which then turns off with a temperature warning. Initially a bit of charge, and then it actually discharges the watch. Useless piece of kit.

I don't understand why people have left negative reviews. I buy from Ven-Dens in bulk and sell it online and to local cash and carry, and I have not received one single complaint yet, considering I have bought in thousands of pounds. Ven-Dens is a fantastic brand.

Bought a Full Glue screen protector. Quality is good. Fitting is easy.

The problem is that the protector stops fingerprint operation even with the screen sensitivity increased.

I got 2 of their new wireless earbuds; the quality is amazing on them both and I love the touch screen on the new earbuds to be able to change from noise cancellation to transparency by clicking one button, I haven’t seen that on any other buds so far + for an affordable price.

Forgot my charger block and bought this power bank which one it was charged it didn’t actually output any energy to my phone so was a huge waste of money

Would give it a minus if I could paid £15 for charging point only lasted months no contact and number works chinese rubbish

Terrible, the power banks just doesn’t work all together, it keeps going on and off charge. Waste of money I demand it back. Like, now or you’re getting sued. Do you understand me.

Dead now, will not charge. email has not been answered, contact number is a mobile. their office is Unit 4, 92 Broughton Lane, Salford, Manchester M7 1UF. On Company house they are at 42 C/O Tax Advsiors And Accountants Ltd, High Street, Bilston, England, WV14 0EP, company director XUE, Zefeng. Dont use this company

Do not trust this company. They take payment and then not sending the order and not contacting me back. Phone line is not activate. No email. Do not use this company.

No contact - Contact number does not work. Placed an order, received wrong items. I have no way of contacting them. No response from their contact form either.
Funny thing is, I have just partnered with one of the UK's biggest distributers and we were going to use ven-dens as our main option. But not now, after we sell through, we will be switching brands.

Bought a Ven Dens Bluetooth car kit from my local mobile phone store. Unfortunately, there were no instructions in the box (which was sealed.) I had no idea what the functions were, how to access them, etc., so emailed them to enquire where I could get hold of an instruction book, or if they had a pdf version they could supply. No answer; not even an auto reply. Which is appropriate: this useless piece of junk would never work - when I got a call, I would answer, I could hear the caller - but they couldn't hear me. If I called them, they could hear me, but I couldn't hear them. And that's from day one. To top it off, when connecting to my phone, it was confirmed by some foreign bird who had a serious speech impediment and a heavy cold ("The bruetooth device is ah, connected sucsssheshfury...") Any new passenger in the car at the time would howl with laughter. It did work with sat nav, amplifying the directions on Google Maps, but that's about all it was any use for. It was only fifteen quid, so no big loss, but the last time I got a call when driving, it performed as usual. I ripped the damned thing out of the cigar lighter socket and when I got home, modified it slightly - with a lump hammer. Save yourself the hassle and get one on Amazon for instance, or somewhere where you know you can return it if it doesn't perform!
