VentfiltersRus arrived when they said, efficiently removed the old large boiler and installed the new wall mounted boiler. They completed the necessary changes in the pipe work and electrics, cleaning up after themselves very well. I would certainly recommend VentiltersRus.

The engineer, Edijs Eglitis, that changed out the motors on my airflow system arrived on time, courteous and did an excellent job. He is certainly an asset to Vent r us and deserves official recognition.

My wife and I reside on the third floor of a development of retirement apartments and recently noticed that we had a serious water leak eminating from the inside of a pulsar coil water heater. As the water tank in the heater is fully encased, the first sign of the leak was that the carpets in two separate areas were very wet and the main emersion heater had started to fail.

VentfiltersRus had recently provided the homeowners in our development with a presentation of their capabilities and products, with many homeowners since employing them to service their ventillation systems with very satisfactory results.

An alternative product which VentfiltersRus supply and fit is a Premium Instantaneous Water Heater, along with a Thermostatic Tubular Space Heater.

As we considered my position to be that of an emergency I telephoned VenfilterRus and was fortunate enough to speak with Mr Clifton Gordon the very much hands on Managing Director. Mr Gordon listened, took note of the details and rang me back after a short period of time to shock and delight me with the news that a plumber and electrician, plus a further employee would attend our apartment two days later arriving at 8am. He stated that his team would remove the Pulsa Coil Heater, supply the Premium Instantaneous Water Heater, a Thermostatic Tubular Heater, install the new heater and Thermostatic Tubular Heater, carry out the alteration of all plumbing works to the new heater and re-route the electrical connection and provide certification to comply with building regulations.

I can confirm that the VentfiltersRus team arrived at the development at exactly 8am, carried out all of the above specified services, were a pleasure to have in our apartment and we have since received the necessary Certification of Building Regulations Compliance and Electrical Installation.

The timescale to undertake the work was approximately two and three quarter hours from their arrival at 8am.

For the second time I am able to reccomend VentfiltersRus 100%.

It was mentioned at the time, that they also could supply and fit a water heater and get rid of the big boiler we currently had. We asked for a job quote and the installment has just been completed.

I am delighted with the end result. More room in the cupboard, no more reheating water over and over to keep it at 60°! Cheaper to run as well. Thanks to you all.

I have very mixed feelings about this company.
I went to a presentation of the fitting of a new direct hot water heater and was quoted verbally a price of £1965. I invited the representative of the company to inspect my fitting situation and he confirmed all was as expected. When I received the quotation a few days later it was for £200 more than expected. I contacted the company to ask why and they agreed to the original verbal quote and sent me a revised quote.
When the fitting day arrived it became clear that the original quote was not enough for the amount of work involved and a new consumer unit was needed to handle the extra power. This resulted in an invoice after the fitting was complete of £2472.
The whole process has been badly handled from the original inspection and quotation.
I have to say the standard of work was excellent and the workmen did the job very well, no complaints there. The faults here are at the original inspection of my apartment and underestimation of the work involved.
I would suggest anyone thinking of using this company that I would say they are trustworthy and do excellent work, they just made an error in judgment in my case and have admitted this, well done for that.
I will continue to use them to service my Vent Axia air filter system.

Today a nice man called Travis called to service my Vent Axia air system.at Parkland Place Biggleswade.

He was polite and curteous and most important Knew what he was doing.As a retired electrical engineer and had worked years ago on a similar system, if he had worked for me I would count him as an asset.

Every year they inspect, service and replace anything necessary to keep fresh clean air circulating all year round. The regular service engineer is now well known, liked and trusted. From start to finish, I was pleased with the attention and friendly approach by the company.
The workmen came promptly and were extremely courteous and efficient, leaving nothing behind.
The product does tick all my boxes, as described.

We recently had installed a new, on demand, hot water system. It replaced the cumbersome, outdated very large, hot water tank.

Why would anybody not consider this. The new unit is small, efficient, and very easy to control.

The electrician and plumber were top engineers. Listened, explained everything. No mess. Old boiler removed. All done in 4.5 hours.

Professional service and great results- Ventfiltersrus does exactly what it says on the tin! They came into my mother’s independent living accommodation initially and fixed a broken vent which now works perfectly. As a result, they left us some information about replacing an extremely Old and inefficient water heating system, which was causing constant issues as it Kept running out of water and gave no indication when this would happen.

We then agreed to have the whole system replaced with a small instant water heater that fits on the wall – as a result the big old inefficient tank system was removed, we have much more space now and the new system simply works when you turn on a tap and you get immediate hot water with no maintenance necessary. Great job.

Ventfiltersrus installed a positive pressure unit and a new extractor fan and I've had no problems since.
