I first invested in this company on 28 Feb 2025 with 250 dollars which they lost then another 1000 dollars and then again 250 dollars. Then they told me to take a golden account for 5000 dollars which I paid then they said golden account price has risen and demanded another 3000 dollars which also fulfilled some of its money and again they were again asking more money nor they were ready to return money. I lost around 9 lac 18 thousand rupees in total.there were 3 people in touch with me Taqi bukhari,David and Franklin . They are fraudster . Ventorus is a fraud company. Hope someone makes them arrested.if anyone has recovered money from them reply me.

Account no : 305137 was my account number.Did forex trading last yr but bad advice by account manager Mr. Shadab who adviced to invest money on gold commodity and hence lost all money i put in.I quit as i couldnt take any more rsisks

Good variety of assets, but the interface could be more beginner-friendly.

Interface is clean, but some features feel basic.

The platform feels secure and reliable, though withdrawals take longer than expected and support can be slow.

I’ve been using Ventorus for a few weeks. The platform is easy to navigate, but the charting tools could be more advanced for serious trading.

Good for casual traders, but advanced users might find it limited.

Platform works okay, but some trades were slower than expected.

I put in a lot of hard work and savings but was scammed. It was stressful and frustrating, but after doing my research I was able to recover my money. If you ever face something similar, just know there’s help out there, and I’m happy to share the steps that worked for me.

I think Ventorus is better suited for traders who already have some experience. The tools are solid, but there isn’t much in the way of tutorials or hand-holding. If you know what you’re doing, it’s a good choice.

I have sent my first review on 11th June and a reminder on 18th June, 2025. I did all my trades under the guidance and instructions from account managers. My account liquidated 4 times and I have lost all my capital 3350 USD and profit 10000 USD approximate. Reason for the liquidation they never allow me to apply SL and TP, so the trades went opposite direction and account liquidated. Every time when I sent review they says the dept will contact me but as of now no one contacted. Please tell how months you need to study and action. You have to give a date of action so that I will not send any more reminder again and again. As I said my last reminder please work with end in mind and win win solution. If you did not find a solution i have not other alternative but to file a case against Ventorus broker.
Friends - Never join this broker because they always liquidate our capital and ask us to deposit more capital to save the account. Also I try to withdraw fund but they rejected.

Cheating I have lost all my savings December second week 2024
Everytime I contacted their customer service they reply it's under review and they provided some dollars as credit which is useless . I was demanding refund to my original payment .

The very second after paying 1000₹ my credit was showing zero ..clearly shows the fraudulent act
I lost 1.6 lakhs last year December
They brain washed me with fancy interest I'm going to receive through the Santa claus offer something like that . Pls dont fall into their fake promises

The platform is clean and easy to use, which makes it perfect for beginners. Still, I think they could add more educational material for those just starting out.

I had written two reviews on this platform on 24th June 20th July, 2025, On every occasion, prompt reply was being received stating that their team was working on it and I would be contacted soon. Nobody has called me so far. It is a clear example of the company not to keep their promises and cheat the clients. Liquidation of balance of 259.95$as on 9th April and illegal debit of 100$as per the accounts statement on 22nd May are yet to be explained satisfactorily.

Ventorus delivers decent leverage, ultra-low latency, and tight spreads on major pairs. The asset range is average, but execution is consistently solid. A good fit for intermediate to experienced traders who value speed and pricing transparency.

I moved to Ventorus after constant platform issues with my previous broker. The difference was immediate — stable execution, clearer charts, and better spreads. Plus, their support team actually responds with real answers. Ventorus feels more professional overall.

I have written 3 reviews, 1st review on 3rd June, 2nd review on 11 th June and 3rd I don’t remember the date. Every time they say my case has been forwarded to the concerned dept and they get back to me soon.
As of now nobody contacted me. They just give wrong message. As I said earlier I have lost 3350 USD capital 10000 USD profit because they never apply stop loss. All money lost the trades went opposite direction and all money got liquidated. See my detailed review listed 3rd and 11 th June
They are not interested not apply stop loss and this way they want more deposit in.
I request not to join this platform
Because they are very cheat and never listen to us. Also their communication is very poor. I have contacted their head office but they never reply.

I started trading with Ventorus recently and their user interface is easy to navigate. Helped me feel more confident early on.
