I purchased two orders from verginy and it's been over a week and I have not received an email or my parcels?
Stupidly I didn't look at their reviews before ordering, I have tried to contact them to ask when my parcels are arriving but this proved to be impossible? I either receive my purchases or my money back or I will take this further. Please do not order anything from this company they are not trustworthy

Ordered two bra's in big sizes but what they're purporting to be the size I requested wouldn't have fit me when I was eleven. Big fat rip off.

Ordered dress in a size 8/10. When it arrived it is about a size 20. Looks nothing like the picture and would fit about 10 of me!

Emailed twice regarding how to return/ get refund and no response. No telephone number to call either.

It is not acceptable and should not be allowed!

Terrible customer service. The goods I received were far, far too big. I contacted their customer service to find out how I could return them and I’ve had no satisfactory reply, just replies telling me to contact customer service which I’ve done several times now.

Recently I rated this company 1 star as I did not recieve the trousers that was in the picture and believed it to be false advertising...
Since then Verginy has been in touch with numerous emails and have kindly refunded my money which I am very happy about...
They have excellent customer service hence I am changing my rating to 4 stars 🌟

Even though the mascara is pretty good it wasn’t the one advertised, it’s plastic is very brittle not smudge or water proof

They are not honest, I have received a completely different toy than in pictures and it was broken.

Stupidly i ordered two dresses, as other reviews stated very very cheap material also colours were awful, absolutely nothing like the website advert, these things never are i wanted to send these straight back i’ve asked numerous times for a returns address still waiting, despite all the information about customer service, they are just sending my emails back to me, guessing this is somewhere in China if i ever get one it will cost me a fortune to return.

Awful quality and completely different dress to the advert. No option to return.

One star is too good for this company.Ordered 2 dresses took weeks to come and when they did they are cheap material and nothing like the picture.Emailed numerous times for how to get a refund but no response.They had the cheek to ask me to review the dresses which I did but surprise surprise have not put it on their websites Absolutely disgusting.

Do not order , con , product crap

As with all of the other reviews, products are not what they appear on website when ordering. Bunny nothing like the advert and dangerous; metal spike in ears not padded. Waste of money as couldn't actually give it my granddaughter because of the danger. SCAM.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Awful terrible tat what you see on ad is certainly not what you get. Bought for my grandkids. " customer service" if you could call them that don't reply if you want a refund. I've learnt my lesson the hard way. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS.

Terrible site. Bunnies nothing like advert. Stupidity I brought two. Cheap rubbish. Battery case retaining screws missing on both toys so batteries keep falling out so they are dangerous. I’ve complained to the company but of course heard nothing. Not worth posting on face book as it will be taken down. Do not buy from this company.
