Honestly, I had no clue as to what I was doing. Despite being computer savvy. It was more about why am I answering these questions. However, questionnaire was clear and concise and easy to read as well as follow the directions. Then after 2 or 3 thank you's,,,, we have it from here,,, is when I figured it out. So thanks I think.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, waited just shy of an hour from my appointment time to see a “doctor”. People have busy lives and this was a HUGE WASTE of my time!! No one should have to wait in front of their phone for an hour with a threat of a “no show” fee if I try to do something else. Highly disappointed in the entire process.
